High quality puzzle
I tried out a few "Ravensburger" puzzles on Amazon, and quickly fell in love with them. They are cut nice and tight, with each union slightly unique, so you know if 2 particular pieces go together. The material is a thick, sturdy cardboard-type paper, which does not easily kink or tear. Also, the images are challenging enough to make you work, while still enjoying the puzzle experience. I never put much thought into the quality of a puzzle until I experienced these and will only buy Ravensburger from now on. This bird pattern was fun to try to figure out, since the feather patterns repeat on each bird, with the colors distributed in interesting ways throughout the image. Great fun!

Beautiful Colors and Lovely Picture--Fun to Work This One!
I recommend puzzles made by this manufacturer. They are excellent quality and will last many years and bring enjoyment over and over. Pick the picture you like and go for it. I highly recommend it. This one had some challenges--enough to make it interesting, This one took me two days by myself.

Worth the money
Only within the last few months have I started to do puzzles. I work them with a senior citizen and they are a great way to bring people together of many age groups to enjoy each other’s company and conversation. It does not take long to understand not all puzzles are made the same. The Ravensburger are by far the best of the best. Their pieces are cut very clean and fit with the precision of clock parts. This may not mean much to you unless you try putting together a cheaper one. It becomes highly irritating when you have to trim off the paper because the manufacture failed to properly cut the piece all the way through leaving a jagged edge or the backing is still attached. Well worth the money to get a Ravensburger from the get go and be done with it.

Who can give a Ravensburger puzzle anything less than five stars! The colors are bright, the quality is spectacular and the subject was great for a lover of birds. Since I began buying these puzzles I can't go back to other brands, they just don't compare. For the older generation they offer large size pieces, which my Dad who is eighty five just loves. The pieces are thick and easy to handle and the interlocking parts do their job. A nice quality puzzle that does not disappoint.

Beautiful puzzle
This was a birthday gift for my mother in law’s 86th birthday. She enjoys jigsaw puzzles (500 piece) and birds, especially cardinals. Perfect combination!

Schöne Erinnerung an Zeit in USA
Während unseres USA-Aufenthalts haben wir einige der abgebildeten Vögel in der Natur gesehen. Gerade die jays haben es uns angetan. Da konnten wir nicht widerstehen als wir das Puzzle entdeckt haben. Mit 500 Teilen ist es auch für uns Eltern nicht zu leicht. Wir puzzlen zusammen seit einigen Tagen mit unseren Kindern. Eine schöne Abwechslung zu anderen Spielen. Gewohnte Ravensburger-Qualität, gewohnt schnelle Lieferung von Amazon.

Lovely puzzle
Lovely puzzle until my granddaughter tried to do it and her pet dog helped! Fortunately my wife had done the puzzle once but usually she likes to do hem two or three times, then pass them on to friends and family. Tis one was spoiled however. Lesson learned to keep them out of reach of four year olds!
