It gets 4 not 5 because the rares weren't brilliant, but it was still a fun afternoon. We sat down, grabbed a pack each and built a deck each. The decks that you can build are very small. They aren't even limited size (40 cards) but it has added a bit to my collection, I think it would have worked better if it was Guild boosters in the pack like there were at the prerelease, my pack had 4 on colour cards, my partners had 2, but for the price it is still an afternoon of fun. I would recommend this more for a beginner than anyone who has been playing for more than a few months.

For that price! You must be kidding. I have emailed them and await reply. Will update review according to whether my order is corrected.

Good for getting old packs.
Do not buy this product if you are interested in competative magic. It contains two 22 card semi-random decks (representing two of the guilds of ravnica), two booster packs, and some how to play inserts. You have no idea what cards your getting, and you'll only get two rares. That being said, there is a good reason to buy this product. If you are interested in older packs, for drafting or just for opening, and you don't want to buy a whole box, then this is a way of knowing that the packs you opened haven't been mapped. What is mapping? Mapping is a process where, by opening 2-8 booster packs in a booster box, you can discover where in the box all the rare cards are. Then the packs which are known not to contain valualbe/good cards are sold individually online. Buy buying this, you know that these boosters are not mapped, and could contain anything.

Finally at a Reasonable Price
Don't buy this if the price ever goes any higher, 7.95 is fair when you think about what you are getting. Ordering boosters online cost on average $3.50 so although it sounds like you are getting bang for your buck (22 cards for $1?), not really considering that the assorted cards on average don't give you the same chances of pulling the valuable cards you could get for a booster. In essence, you're paying an extra $1 for useless cards, and if thats what you want there are plenty of ways to accomplish this without having to buy the battle pack.

good purchase
compared to the price of boosters separately,this was a good buy. just be aware, the booster decks themselves have no rare/gold cards in them. the booster PACKS do. so you are getting a lot of scattered commons mainly, but still quite worth it.
