This bird is SO soft oh my goodness. My friend had one (its a different brand) and I really wanted a smaller one. Hes nice to hold and cuddle.

Very well made and soft
This might sound funny to some but I got this as a "friend" for our baby B&G macaw to snuggle with and she absolutely loves it! It's much larger than I first thought, but that didn't matter much to her. The stuffing is also so squishy and soft and the stitching is very well done. So far we've had it for a month and in that time it's been beaten up, wrestled with, snuggled/slept with and chewed on constantly and it still looks NIB and the stitching is holding strong! We're actually thinking of buying a few more of the other stuffed birds from this line since this one has been holding up so well. =) UPDATE: Well it's been almost 4 years now and the stuffed animal is still holding it's own very well, as are it's Hyacinth and Scarlet partners from this same company. Our macaw has definitely put it to the test over the last 4 years and the only thing that's really gone south is the black markings on the face have faded. There was one incident where the stitching came undone on the belly and had to be fixed, but again this was being played with by a PARROT! So little issues like that were to be expected. lol

Birthday Present for 3 Year Old
I ordered this parrot for my grandson's 3rd birthday, and he loves it! At 12 inches in height, it's the perfect size to carry around or cuddle with. It has brightly colored, very soft fur, and seems well constructed. Unfortunately, he and his brother were fighting over it so much I ordered the Cuddlekin bald eagle as an early birthday present for my 5 year old grandson. Now they both think grandma's a rock star!
