Great detail
All the Merchant Row kits look good, and have fine detail made with precise molds. The assembly diagrams and lack of instruction is a hindrance, though . Paint as much as you can before assembly for a good look,and use a proper glue.

Very detailed, but moderately difficult.
As other reviewers have stated this is a highly detailed kit, but has issues in several areas. First, there are few instructions. Second, realize there are many hours of work necessary to achieve the results pictured on the box. I don’t regret buying or building this structure because it really offers a point of interest for the layout. Just recognize what you are getting into before you commit. This kit will help you understand why pre-assembled and painted structures are so expensive.

Missing the Base Part 1 - Same issue as other reviewers
Missing the Base Part 1 - Same issue as some other reviewers. No option to get part only, so I have to make my own base which makes it harder to alighn the walls. For the price I expect better. Also does not readily accept paint and needs multiple coats.
