Best customer service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! My boys LOVE this “space” tent!
Update: After my last review I was contacted by the seller of this product immediately. They apologized profusely for my bad experience and faulty rocketship tent. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the product and issued a refund for the damaged tent and sent us a new tent. We received the tent within two days. My son was so excited to have his tent back! I was very impressed with the amazing customer service I received from this company, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my original purchase. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future for other products. I can’t keep him out of his “space” tent. It is so roomy and the perfect size for two boys with BIG imaginations. This new tent seems to be holding up better, no issues at all. Thank you again for making my birthday boy happy! Original review: My son was so excited for his Space Tent on his third birthday. We’ve had in for four days and it has already torn at the seams, where the poles are and the bottom fabric where he sits and plays. It is very poor quality material. I am very disappointed that it didn’t last longer. The only reason why I’m not furious is because I got it super super on sale, less than thirty dollars. But I saw I retails for more than double that price! Ridiculous!

Classroom Safe!
I reached out to the company to inquire about a fire rating sheet and received this information. Because of their response, I was able to keep the tent in my classroom! My students were so happy that we got to keep it! We use it as a calming corner and also as a spot for independent reading. This is the fourth year in a row that I have utilized this tent in my classroom and it has held up very well. One of the front corner connecting pieces broke the first year, but it does not affect our ability to use it. Overall, an excellent buy and an excellent product!

Probably not worth the cost
Update: Customer service is excellent. Theyre sending a replacement. Hopefully this one will be better constructed. This item is very cute but I can tell it's not going to last long without some reinforcement. I WAS also excited about the projector flashlight that came with this and was a main reason I picked this one. So here's the nitty gritty. Flashlight: While it's small and and the perfect size for little hands it was a complete disappointment. The flashlight works on its own but the projector disks that come with it are a complete fail. I don't know if they don't sit in the flashlight right or if they are just poor quality. While you can make out what the images are by holding the disk up and looking at them when you try to project it throygh the flashlight they just come out as colored blobs no matter how much you adjust them. Tent: The tent is super cute. But I don't know why they can't put better reinforcements where the pole ends go. There is so much tension in the top that they look like they are going to bust through. And the slots they hold them are just thin nylon like the tent. I'm going to try and put some duct tape in the top and hope that gives it better stabilization (had a previous play tent that all the poles busted through and I was unable to fix. I was hoping this one would be better constructed, sadly no) the bottom portion where the poles go have a little bit firmer fabric but still doesn't seem like it will hold well. So we will see if I can get this one to last longer with some duct tape. And after taking pics it looks as if the tent is about to tear on the bottom pole holders because there is so much tension and how they were sewn on. So unsure at this point what we will be doing with this tent.

Awesome play tent!
I bought a princess play tent for a friend's daughter and really thought it was neat. So I started a search for a play tent for my 2 yr old. There were several space or rocket themed ones available on amazon, but this one had the best reviews, was a good price, and came with the projector flashlight. First, the set up was very easy; it maybe took me 5-10 minutes. It was a little longer because my kid kept trying to grab the tent poles and "help". Second, it comes with a handy traveling case and folds up flat for easy transport (will easily fit in luggage). I plan to take this with me on a 3 week trip so that my 2 yr old will have something from home that she is familiar with. Third, it is big enough that I think my 2 yr old could continue using this for years. She is currently about 37 inches tall. I added a picture of her standing in it, and you can see that there is still plenty of room in there. And lastly, it came with a really cool space themed projector. The projector has 3 discs with pictures of the planets, astronauts, and rockets. Unfortunately, we lost 2 of the 3 discs (they are very tiny), not sure if there is any way to get replacements. The projector is one of my daughter's favorite toys. As a side note, I haven't taken the tent down yet, so I can't comment on if it is easy to take down and fold back up. But it seems like it will be as easy as putting it up.

Came with a tear and the stitching is very obvious.
The tent per se is a good one, but ours came with a slight tear that seemed to have been sewn. I have taken a picture and would like the seller to take note.
