A spinning toy. Which promises to display lights and flash and play music when it spins. Or so it claims. It comes in a clear plastic bag with a seal. So that can be used for storage. There's the body of the top. Which is about nine centimetres high. And a plastic key. The bit you see in the picture you insert into it. Or it could be a handle. I don't know. There's no instructions at all. Anyway I put what might be the key into it. Wound it up. And nothing happened. I tried it several times. The only result you got was that occasionally that part would fly off. So watch your eyes. Pressing the button atop it could cause that as well. Not for under seven as key is a choking hazard. Hazard of tears and annoyance at it not working either. The absence of instructions is a huge flaw with this. But I will give it two stars on the offchance I was doing something wrong. I wouldn't know for sure because of the absence of instructions!

Fun party and everyday toy with light and sound
This spinning toy has been received well by my little one and her friends. They had good fun with the light and sound aspects of this toy. The LED lights are bright and make it more fun to watch when it spins, especially in a darker room. The added music feature gives it a lively touch, which works well when kids are gathered together at a party. I also liked the size, it’s compact enough to slip into a gift bag or take along when we’re out. The red colour feels festive, which suited the celebration I got it for. While the lights and music are fun, the sound can be a little louder than I expected, which might not suit every setting. The spinning time is decent but not very long, so it usually needs to be wound up and started again fairly quickly. The plastic feels a bit lightweight, so I’m not sure how well it would hold up if used roughly or dropped often. It is not that user-friendly for young kids.
