Incredibly Sturdy Playground Trike
Title: "Kids' Trikes for Age 3-5 Years, Child Tricycle for 5 to 7 Year Old, Sturdy Carbon Steel Frame, Non-Slip Rubber Wheels, Nursery Schools Outdoor Trike Playgound Bike, Beige" Current Price: The price is £129.00 which is a higher price point but fair for a heavy duty tricycle built with a carbon steel frame. Review: Assembling this tricycle was straightforward. The main frame parts went together easily following the video instructions. The functionality is fantastic. The thick carbon steel frame is genuinely sturdy and the anti slip rubber wheels provide a smooth and stable ride even on rough pavement. This trike is built to last through years of heavy use. The one thing that needs checking is the size. While it is advertised for ages up to seven years old the overall design and seated area feel quite small and may be a tight fit for a larger child past the age of five.

Top quality trike for children
This trike is such a fantastic outdoor toy for any child. My son who is 4 loves this as it gives him confidence for wmrisijg his bike. Great quality that keeps my child safer than a bike with pedals. I it's lightweight and not overly heavy but it's made of sturdy and hard wearing materials so can be used outdoors and long lasting trike. It is pretty easy to assemble and all round brillant value for this top quality trike.

A solid trike but very expensive for what you're getting!
The trike arrived safely, and it comes nicely packed inside a compact box. It was fairly straight forward to assemble the bike although the instructions are very basic. The required tools are included, and it took me about 20 minutes. The overall quality of the tricycle is pretty decent, and it seems well made enough. The frame feels strong, and everything feels sturdy when put together. The seat is solid plastic, and both the handlebar grips and wheels are made from a rubbery type of plastic. The bike is aimed at children between 3-5 years old which is quite accurate as my 4 -year-old nephew can ride it, but he may outgrow it within a couple of years. Overall, while I do think it’s more of a heavy-duty trike and it does look quite nice, the general quality and feel of everything just doesn’t represent £150 in my opinion. If it was half the price, I would probably give it five stars, but I feel four is more appropriate!

Proper sturdy and robust
Item received in good condition and well packaged. Bright red, chunky and unmistakably cheerful, this little trike caught my twin daughters’ eyes the moment we freed it from the box. The carbon-steel tubing feels as though it could survive a demolition site, and the triangular frame keeps the whole thing rock solid. The rubber tyres cling to grass, gravel and even the salty concrete along the promenade, so I am spared the usual sprint after runaway children. Rated to 100 kg, it easily withstood a secret lap round the patio from me while the dog watched, thoroughly scandalised. The seat, a single moulded piece of plastic, sits low and comfortably, and the rubber handles give small hands plenty of grip when they decide to pick up speed. Putting it together was straightforward; the enclosed spanner was all I needed, although coaxing the rear split pins into position did provoke a few choice mutterings from me. It is undoubtedly heavier than the flimsy plastic trikes we have binned in the past, but that extra weight promises longevity. A solid build, smooth ride and genuine child-proof toughness make it excellent value for any family or nursery.

Built like a playground tank — brilliant stability, fiddly pins, and a bit heavy
I expected a dainty garden trike; what arrived looks ready for nursery duty. The carbon-steel frame is chunky, the wheelbase is nice and wide, and the solid rubber tyres just get on with it over patio slabs, gravel and lawn. It’s rated up to around 100 kg, which tracks — both kids clambered on one after the other and it didn’t so much as creak. Assembly took me about 15–20 minutes with a brew. Most of it is straightforward, but the rear axle uses old-school split/cotter pins. They work, and there are spares in the bag, but fitting them feels like keyhole surgery in miniature and they’ll be the first wear item. Once built, nothing really adjusts: the seat height/position is fixed, so your child either fits it or doesn’t. Ours (4 and 6) can both ride it, but the lower saddle means the elder will age out before the frame gives in. On the move it’s rock-solid and rattle-free. The pedals are grippy, steering is direct, and the “thunk” of that stout frame inspires confidence. The flip side is heft: it’s a dead weight to lug up the shed steps, and even mild inclines have the smaller one asking for a push. I also picked up a tiny paint scuff when a socket slipped during build — purely cosmetic, but worth a heads-up. Value-wise, you’re paying for durability. It’s pricier than lightweight plastic trikes, but this feels bomb-proof and should survive years of hand-me-downs. If you want ultra-portable or highly adjustable, look elsewhere; if you want a stable little tank that shrugs off playground abuse, this is it.
