I got quite a surprise when I received these masks as I had expected them to be blank and ready for decorating. Instead, the selection I received included 4 pre-decorated masks and 4 blanks. For my uses this is absolutely fine, but do be aware when ordering that there are 2 very different options to choose from. All of them are half masks in the same cat shape, but this pack contains one covered in brown fur, one covered in white, and 2 which feature Chinese-type designs in red and gold and beaded tassels. Although these are not keepsake quality, the tasselled ones would actually look very decorative on a wall or in a display, and the finish on all of them is very good for the current price of £11.99 for the pack of 8. The plain white ones will look lovely decorated and feel sturdy enough to take paint, glue or decoupage. All have pre-punched holes and pre-cut elastic strips are included. They are light enough to be comfortable in wear, and the inner surface has been shaped and finished to maximise comfort as well.
