Design flaw
It's supposed to be reversible, however, because of the design, it just flops open at the same time, looking like an angry and happy lady bug connected/on top of each other.

Poor quality compared to previous buys
We have bought many items from this brand. I won't be returning because my son won't let it go, but compared to our previous buys, this one just isn't as plush. Pretty bummed about it.
