Nice holiday image but missing a piece - disappointing
UPDATE: emailed Springbok and gave them the requested information and had a complete new replacement puzzle within 7 days. Adding back one star for the great customer service! Just wish it had been complete to begin with. Typically, I love Springbok puzzles. Their puzzles are one of a few manufacturers that 1) still make and design puzzles the old fashioned way - recycled cardboard with somewhat rough edges and 2) made in the USA. The edges form a frame that you can fill in as seems logical to the puzzler. The thicker edges allow a puzzler to work side sections - important in larger piece puzzles - and you can pick up the entire section in one piece without it falling apart and place that piece within the frame of the puzzle. You can actually pick up the entire puzzle without it falling into pieces - almost like a mat! This is great for collectors who don’t tear puzzles down after assembly. This puzzle is 18” x 24” finished size puzzle with 500 pieces which is a good size for most puzzle tables and boards. This puzzle is a horizontal format and called “Snuggle Season.” Nice start for the holiday season EXCEPT this is the 2nd puzzle in a row by Springbok with a missing piece. In fact, the replacement for the first puzzle with a missing piece hasn’t yet arrived - just reported a few days ago. I am an avid puzzler and this is extremely disappointing. Likes: ✅ Colorful image ✅ Design appropriate for all age groups ✅ Irregular shapes to provoke critical thinking and problem solving skills ✅ The 18” x 24” finished size fits on most puzzle boards and tables ✅ Made of real recycled cardboard - no puffy, foamy, plastic feeling pieces ✅ Large image on box top to aid assembly ✅ Larger pieces suitable for all ages including younger kids and seniors with dexterity issues ✅ Minimal puzzle dust to throw away (from the recycled cardboard) ✅ Nice heavier box to store puzzle for reuse ✅ Thick recycled cardboard construction - good for the environment ✅ Environmentally friendly soy ink used to print ✅ Tight fitting pieces that allow for picking up and moving entire sections without falling apart ✅ Only a few connected pieces not cut in manufacturing- a plus because I think of them as bonus pieces! ✅ No silly letters on the back - increases the challenge ✅ Made in the USA - always happy to support American workers! ???????? ✅ Reasonably priced - under $20 ✅ Appears to be original artwork ✅ Excellent customer service when I reported the first missing piece Dislikes: ✅ One missing piece - 2nd Springbok puzzle in a row - very disappointing ✅ Although the box top is solid enough, the bottom of the box is pretty flimsy Overall, I’m a huge fan of the Springbok brand and buy every one that comes out except those clearly AI-generated. The puzzles may not be as perfect as puzzles made elsewhere but I love that they still make a tradition cardboard puzzle. This is my 2nd experience having a missing puzzle piece in over 30 Springbok puzzles. I’m taking 2 stars off since this is the second time I’ve had to request a replacement. I’m still going to give them another chance but given there are so many puzzle options out there in the marketplace, my patience is definitely wearing thin.

High quality puzzle!
I like Springbok puzzles, they are a better quality than most puzzles. Their designs are very intricate with beautiful vibrant coloring. This one does not disappoint! I love the thoughtfulness of the picture and couldn't wait to put it together. Springbok's pieces are also unique not just because of the high quality but because of the different cuts of the puzzle pieces themselves. Overall, for the price, you are getting a higher quality of puzzle.

Nice puzzle. Color is good and the pieces are sturdy. The pieces are not a traditional cut. They're oddly shaped for a nice change and challenge.

Adorable puzzle, but not well packaged for shipping
I got this puzzle to give as a gift, so I was quite disappointed when the box was slightly crushed in shipping. The puzzle itself it adorable. I have done other jigsaw puzzles by Springbok and have always enjoyed them. A great price for something to do on those cold Wisconsin winter days.

A very cozy image with great color groupings for a puzzle
This is one of the new Winter-themed puzzles for the 2025 holiday season. It is called “Snuggle Season.” I love the cute sets of socks getting cozy in front of the fireplace. The unique color separation makes this puzzle a lot of fun. It is 500 pieces and the final completed puzzle is 18 inches by 23.5 inches. The only thing “odd” in the picture is that I’d consider the books upside down on the bookshelf. Titles usually read the other direction if they are written on the spine that way. But that is me being really picky. I really do love the image. There doesn’t seem to be an artist listed anywhere on the packaging. The puzzle has a quality control date stamped on it (see pictures) The unique shaped pieces make for a great experience. Like all Springbok puzzles, there’s some puzzle dust (just tap it out). I use a lint roller when I’m done to pick it up.

Cute graphic, traditional puzzle
My daughter's family just discovered puzzling when they visited this summer, so when I saw this cute Christmas/winter puzzle I had to order it. Well made, interlocking pieces, very cute graphics that I thought depicted their family well. We have other Springbook puzzles, so expected this to be well made, and it was. Haven't put it together yet, waiting for their next visit.

A fun challenge for the whole family
The media could not be loaded. I really enjoyed putting this together with my 10 yr old. It took us a few hours, was challenging but not impossible… my daughter did complain the entire time because some of the pieces are cut into funkier shapes. So just know if you plan to put this together with your middle schooler there is a 90% chance they’ll complain about it too!
