Fun, Bright Nutcracker Puzzle!
This is another great puzzle from Springbok. The image is a lot of fun, with vibrant colors and 3 fun nutcrackers with a lot of design elements in this simple image. The many elements make it easier to assemble, especially with Springbok's random cut pieces. The pieces themselves are a good size and of excellent quality. While there's a fair bit of puzzle dust, it's not a major issue and can be easily managed by sifting the pieces through a colander a few times before you start. I would say the difficulty level of the puzzle is average and since it's only 500 pieces, it can be finished in a few hours if you're an experienced puzzler. Overall, it's a great value, and I highly recommend it.

Cheap Materials/Poor Manufacturing
So many things wrong with Springbok's latest releases. Super thin and flexible boardstock, which you don't want in a quality puzzle. Unfortunately, quality has dropped way off in the spate of new puzzles for the Christmas season. A couple of years ago, Springbok switched to a very poor quality boardstock. After much ado about something, they went back to a higher quality. Now, however, they've reverted back, which is baffling. However, this particular puzzle, while brighter in color imagery than the previous one I recently reviewed, it had some major issues. Given that it is painfully thin, it makes no sense that so many pieces have not been cut all the way through. And now this puzzle had a lot of pieces with this weird tail of the picture attached, yet I never found any pieces where this tail would've ripped off of a corresponding piece. Just bizarre. This one also had a bunch of pieces where the backing was damaged too. See attached pictures for these strange anomalies. At least this one wasn't muted and had full-color in the image, which is quite pretty. All the pieces were there and it turned out just fine. Young kids would be able to handle this puzzle, as the imagery has very distinctive quadrants of color, which makes it a snap to put together. However, as I said in my last puzzle review, I will not be ordering any further Springbok puzzles in the foreseeable future. Cheap materials and poor manufacturing are a real disappointment.

Primary Color Nutcrackers
Springbok Christmas Guardians 500 Piece Puzzle This nutcracker puzzle is a fun, easy Christmas puzzle. The expressions on the nutcrackers themselves are expressive. Five hundred pieces is perfect for a holiday puzzle that might be taken out once a year. The quality is solid. There are better quality puzzle makers, but Springbok uses recycled materials, which is a plus. Imagine having a cozy hot chocolate and some nice music playing while doing a Christmas puzzle. That's my plan.

consistent puzzle after puzzle
I can always count on Springbok puzzles to be consistent every puzzle. They put together firmly. There is a small amount of puzzle dust but it's minimal. There is no poster, so you have to use the box as a guide and the box is fairly cheaply made if that matters to you. The pieces themselves are bright. And even though this is a 500 piece puzzle the pieces are irregular shapes so that makes it more difficult. I like the scenery on this puzzle because its different than most of the regular puzzles. Looking forward to finishing it.

Pieces need to be cut better
I am just getting back in to puzzles again for cool nights. The puzzles from years back that I have put together have been firm cardboard well cut pieces and vibrant colored pieces and that is what I was hoping for. Times change...... This is a pretty puzzle, small pieces so it is fun to find all the matching pieces to put together. I wish the color of the pieces was bright and bold as the picture in the advertisement shows. Some of the puzzle pieces are not cut "sharply" there is a little bit of frayed cardboard on some of the edges. So, I had to smooth some out to push them in to their assigned positions. I put quite a bit of the puzzle together to test it out and see the quality, but I wanted to wait for the holidays to finish it, so I'll box it up again and restart at the holidays. It is still fun to put together, but I would like to have a bold colored finished puzzle to look at after all those hours of putting together.

Fun puzzle to put together
This puzzle has fairly thick pieces that stay together. I would consider it a medium-quality puzzle. The puzzle has some odd-shaped pieces that increase its complexity. Some of the pieces were still slightly connected to other pieces, so not all are cleanly cut. The nutcrackers have bright colors, but a lot of the puzzle contains darker tones and doesn't seem quite as bright as the picture. I did find it enjoyable to put together.

Absolutely Love the Nutcracker Theme
This puzzle is beautiful and so much fun to work on! The classic nutcracker design is colorful, festive, and perfect for the holidays. The pieces are sturdy, well-cut, and fit together perfectly, and the print quality is sharp and vibrant. At 500 pieces, it’s a great balance of challenge and relaxation, and the value for the quality is excellent. A fun way to spend time indoors alone or with family.

Cardboard quality subpar
Bought this for decorating at Christmas time. Once completed I will glue it and hang it on the wall. But for the price paid, the quality is not on par with other puzzles I have completed. I came across several pieces where the picture is starting to peel away from the backing. The way the cardboard is cut leaves a ridge on the backside of each piece. This causes the pieces not to fit well and needs extra pressing to fit together. Sometimes pieces lay flat while other pieces may have a bump here and there. It is a wonderful picture to have on display, but the cardboard used is something else. The quality received doesn't justify the price.
