Short lived amazingness
Amazing fresh out of the bucket. Super fluffy, stretchy and flowy. Kept my kid busy for 40 minutes which is unheard of, normal attention span is max 7 min. However, it lost its properties by the second playtime, even when sealed tight in original container. It is still good for play otherwise, just no longer slimy in texture. It stains surfaces also, it helps to cover the play area with a sand blanket Update: After sand has dried out, you can restore it to its original texture by adding the tiniest amount of water. If you add too much, you will regret it. Updating to 5 stars

Buy more then one, they will all want one
Slimysand is great for my sensory kids! No mess. Easy to use. Great price, vibrant colors and the way it stretches and falls is really cool. It is also soft, not grainy. I have purchased this more than once and will continue to do so. The kids love it so much that it becomes a reward for great choices.

Great price and super fun for all ages!
My son LOVES this stuff! I have to admit, it's quite fun for ALL! Just ordered some for my 20 year old daughter who has trichotillomania (hair plucker) to keep her hands busy. I was shocked how big the container is. It does leave a residue on my table and hands but easy to wash off.

Meh
Not kinetic sand. Much different than actual kinetic sands. Has more of a slimy build. If you play with it too long (I was playing with it for about 15 mins one day) it starts to melt and sticks to your hands making your fingers (I’m my case since I have the blue sand) blue. Kinetic sand isn’t supposed to melt in your hands or stain clothing. It is very fluffy and airy. It really is very enjoyable to play with. However if you have a kid with sensory issues that play might come to a quick and frustrating halt when it starts melting in your hands because melty sand being stuck to your fingers isn’t something that feels too great

Stains hands and pretty much everything
The students enjoyed it at first, but they prefer regular kinetic sand because the blue dyes their hands. It also dyes the tables and tubs.

Awful product
This stuff felt cool, except for the fact that it left a sandy residue EVERYWHERE. Like making hands blue. Making the table blue. It immediately sticks to hands too. I ended up throwing it away on day two because I couldn’t handle the mess anymore.

In love with this stuff!! Definitely need more
I can't even begin to explain the feeling of this product. Its so soft it feels almost like cloud dough. But you can feel the sand in it so it has a different texture. The way it moves has a lot more stretch than traditional kenetic sand. I actually prefer this. It's not as messy and it is so much easier to keep together. My five year old absolutely loved this as a gift. She has played with it every day since getting it and likes to use it as a fidget when watching TV or listening to stories. One of my children have sensory needs and this is an amazing product for kids who like to fidget and have soft texture things. I'm ordering this for my oldest birthday coming up. My youngest gave him a small baggie with some and its amazing. So I would say this is a great product for more than just play. It can be a great addition to events your facilitating to make a more accessible space. It could be great for schools, therapists, doctors, and so forth. Great items to add to any accessibility tool chest.
