Da insegnante di sax in alcune bande musicali, lo trovo un ottimo metodo per introdurre i ragazzi alle più svariate tipologie di brani, dal classico alla marcia, al rock o ancora al blues. Non molto adatto per chi è alle prime armi.

A "must have" for learners
This is an invaluable collection for anyone learning the Sax (alto or tenor). The difficulty level progresses steadily from simple to truly challenging, but along with that, they're all tuneful and genuinely enjoyable to play. It has really helped me in the learning process and is still giving me both challenge and fun.

This etude book is rare of its kind,you find etudes and good ones musically,articulations,styles etc to develop these skills through musical phrases. Nothing mechanical here! Pure inspiration for pupils and for teachers.

Great variety and progressive challenge
I'm not a good player despite doing it for a few years. (Probably grade 5 on a good day). This starts easy and gives you a chance to build up pace and complexity. I'm a little over half way through and there have only a couple of tunes i haven't enjoyed. Good for sight reading, rhythm patterns and playing in different styles (and keys). All short pieces and therefore adds variety to practice.

Good purchase
Bought for an ABRSM grade 6 exam piece. I was pleased to be able to buy this second hand as you can spend a lot on music that you don’t need for long. It arrived promptly and in useable condition.
