My son LOVES them. They also made a great unique cake topper!
I had hoped my son would like this set. I had no idea how much he would love it/use it. These poor tools get used and abused and they keep on going. Great quality. I love that they look so much like the real thing rather than super kiddie. I think that's probably why my son loves them. He feels like an adult using real tools. We actually bought them for 2 purposes. We wanted to decorate a cake for my grandfather's 75th birthday and he is a carpenter. They actually worked amazingly for that purpose. And there were more tools than we could even fit on the cake. We decided on these because we thought they would be a fun toy for our son after we were done using them as decorations for the cake. It worked out great. They are also the perfect mix of durable and safe. They don't seem light/cheap enough to break easily, but your child won't hurt themselves if they hammer their finger or something.

The tools really work! and are sturdy
This set is excellent. I bought it for my granddaughters ages 6 and 3 and both are enjoying it. Each tool actually works like the real tool so the kids can learn how each one works. The screws actually screw. The pliers can be adjusted for wide or narrow. The pipe wench can be adjusted to the correct size nut head, just like a real wrench. The carpenter’s square/level can actually be used to check whether something is a right angle or level so it helps teach math skills. The toy level uses a little bead in a clear plastic casing so it is kid safe. All the tools seem very sturdy and look like they will stand up to hard play.

Perfect Toolset for Kids

I love this tool set
I really like this tool set and the price is great. The tools are very good quality plastic and they actually work very well. The tools that move sometimes stick or are a little hard to maneuver but overall they are fine. The plastic wood blocks and screws included are very good for teaching how to actually use the tools properly. The screws and bolts work wonderfully on both blocks of wood and fit multiple tools. However the nails do fit both blocks of wood but won't go in the hole all the way. The included bag is very good quality, adjustable, fits an adult, and will hold several more tools but the string on the zippers constantly are falling off. The level is cute but not accurate at all even for play because the ball inside of it sticks and doesn't move much when you move the level. Some of the tools have indentions on one side so they feel lighter and cheaper but in my opinion they are still good. The screwdrivers do pop apart but then they easily pop back together again so some glue should do the trick to fix that but it doesn't bother us at all and they only pop apart if you are trying to pop them apart. Overall I really like this tool set and it looks and works rather realistically so it's definitely a good buy.

Great variety tool set with surprisingly handy clear backpack
3 year old loved this tool set and loves being Bob the Builder. The wide variety of plastic tools is excellent, with the hammer, wrench, measuring level, and pliers being key items. The see through backpack was actually pretty cool and useful on a recent trip. The straps are easy enough for a 3 year old to put on and the bag was sturdy enough to withstand wearing around for a whole day. Best of all, the set had no funny odors. Zipper pulls could be thicker than the small rope pulls provided, but overall a really good tool set for kids to play with on their own. Combine with a hat and vest for a great construction costume.

Definitely recommend
I purchased a 'workbench' for my son from a yardsale. It didnt have the tools with it. After reading reviews on plenty of kids "tools" I purchased this one. He LOVES them! They do 'work' like real tools, but a little flimsy. It might just be because he's a brute and I'm sure he'll break a couple of them, soon. But definitely recommend these for children who love to help fix things. :)

Adorable toy tools. My almost 3 year old loves them and plays with them daily. So far, they seem to be sturdy and well made and are of better quality than another Black and Decker tool set he had. Great value for the price.

Beaux outils solides . Je l’ai offert à mon petit-fils de trois ans.Facile à manipuler. Par contre, le sac à dos qui vient avec est une horreur. Je l’ai jeté et racheté un petit coffre tout simple pour mettre les outils.
