What I recieved was not a jabot - It was an adults sized bib. It lies flat on the chest like a sheet with zero ruffle, which is pretty much the entire point of a jabot. The picture clearly shows pleats or ruffles where the chest piece joins the colar. Mine had no such pleats or ruffles. The craftsmanship was poor with a few places that had missed seams. The cuffs do not flare as they should - they are like little tubes that are tight around my hands and the neck size would be large on a 600 pound gorilla. I am not sure what I expected for the low price, but I would pay as much again to go back in time and steal the package off of my doorstep so that I could save myself the dissapointment of opening the package.
