Bought these for my son who is 25 and he loves them. A lighthearted way to express his feelings in an instant, but he now also wears it at work. Value for money. Will fit small adult well.

Excellent idea but too big for children
Excellent idea for children who find expressing their emotions difficult. I bought these for my nephew, who is autistic. His excitement, upset, frustration and tiredness can all present the same. With these, he is able to indicate if he needs help dealing with an emotion, especially when he is in school. The colours are bright and the writing is well written on. These are great value for money however I would say the size of these bands are a little too large for children unfortunately
