Great Product and Even Better Customer Service!
We ordered 130 classroom piece for our 3yr old for Christmas. This was the first time we made a purchase from this company but we were really excited to do so given its mission and the quality and innovation of its products. When we initially received our package, we noticed that the outer box appeared to have been resealed and the inner Tegu box had been cut open with the blocks and accessories just inside with no packaging. It may have occurred as part of a customs check but its unclear what may have occurred prior to its delivery. Since this was a present for our 3yr old for Christmas, we contacted the company to explain the situation. In particular, we were unsure whether the item shipped may have been an inadvertent return/used item sent to us when we ordered a new one. The response was immediate from a member of the Tegu team, Brandon. Brandon was extremely helpful and understanding. Brandon was able to come up with multiple options for us in resolving the issue. Brandon's response time/replies were immediate and professional. Brandon worked with other Tegu team members to get another item out to us that we were able to gift for Christmas. This was all within 24 hours of the initial contact during the busy holiday season. We were extremely surprised by the high level of customer service and how Tegu went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and that our little one would enjoy opening the present in time. Tegu definitely has a repeat customer in our family and we are excited to continue to support this business by adding more of its products to our collection! Our little one had a wonderful Christmas and couldn't stop playing with these!

PRICEY BUT WORTH IT! LOVEEEEEEEEE!
Amazing! Love love love. Kids love it! Even my husband loves it. It's pricey but worth it. Get the big package first. Then add on later. It's a great collection. They have so much fun add ons! And theor story is awesome too. They have our business for life. :-)

Kids Engaged for Years!
These blocks have kept my kids engaged for years. I bought our first 42 piece set when my oldest was 4. We recently purchased this 90 piece set (almost 5 years later) because my kids still go to these blocks as a toy of choice several times a week even though they have tons of other nice toys to play with. They are way overpriced in my opinion, but they are quality built. The paint has never flaked. The wood is smooth. The magnetism is strong.

So Fun!
Great quality, beautiful and you can actually build tons of stuff with this set. I know it's a huge out of pocket cost but I think it's worth it to have the possibilities this set offers. These are very high quality and well made. The box they come in would hold up fine in a home but I don't think it would last long in a classroom.

Although these were really expensive Grandma got the classroom set for all the grandkids based on reviews. We lost my brother last year (granma's son) and wanted something all the kids (especially his) could play with and enjoy together and suddenly price didn't seem that important anymore. My husband played with the blocks and the kids too. However more than one fight broke out because they are not based on the uniform standard block size so it is much easier for them to be accidentally knocked down. We used a whiteboard to build on since it was magnetic too. Overall they are great but could be even better. I got my son the 63 piece magformers set and I kinda wished we had splurged and gotten those for everyone instead (and they are cheaper). But these are still great and grandma likes them (especially the wheels) and the babies liked them too. They are especially nice since grandma lives in an area without internet and my brothers son is addicted to XBox live so this helps him find something else fun to do. They were all building away and creating awesome masterpieces more than one fell or got knocked down. The polarity not matching up was not that big of an issue.

Want to keep kids busy for hours? Then get this set.
My grandchildren love these block and the set comes with wheels so they can make all kinds of wonderful creations. I just purchased the big classroom set so there would be enough for several children to play with. They are pricey but worth ever cent for creative fun play!

They Play Well With Other Toys!
Our daughter is almost three, and she loves these blocks. They work well with all of her other toys and add to play time. It’s a great way to encourage a child’s imagination. The picture shows a “mall” where her little characters take the train to various stores. Lots of fun for sure!

Not for little ones
Given the price of these things, I could never justify keeping them for my daughter. They are advertised 1-99 years old and my daughter recently turned two. The blocks only have internal magnets on certain parts of the blocks, so they do require some playing around to see which blocks have magnets where. The issue my daughter had was the opposing magnetic poles that would obviously cause the blocks to repel away from one another when not stacked or connected correctly. There is no way I can convince my 2 year old to keep playing with them when she can't figure out how to flip them around or stack them differently when this issue happens. Obviously they can work well for kids who understand this concept and don't mind it as an obstacle, but they don't connect as smoothly as like magnatiles or other popular magnet toys. I also want to say that I work as an instructional designer, and although I am not a product designer or launch person, I will say this product feels like it puts the aesthetic and market appeal first, rather than the user who needs to function with it. Again, this is just not for little kids who want to play with blocks. Maybe a better fit for ages 4+

Macht ALLEN Spaß
Dieser Tegu Baukasten ist so toll! Allerdings ist es gar nicht so einfach damit zu bauen, wie man denkt, es erfordert schon Kreativität und sowohl als Erwachsener, aber auch die Kleinen, testen und probieren sich aus! Es macht Spaß und unsere Maus (2,5 Jahre) spielt so gern damit. Seit Weihnachten holt Mausi es jeden Tag raus und es wird in ihrer Phantasiewelt sowohl mit Holzfiguren, Schleichtieren und zB auch Paw Patrol Figuren gut bespielt. Total schön

Love these!
Already had a small box of these. My kids love them and wanted to be able to build whole cities. Wonderful toy! Expensive, but will last and they use them all the time. We've thrown out all our garbage toys and use these daily!

OMG- this is just so beautiful, apart from being fairtrade
OMG- this is just so beautiful, apart from being fairtrade, supporting a community, its beautifully made, you know the colours are non toxic, so if chewed it wont harm, the magnetics are strong, the longer pieces could do with more magnets to have more joining points, but its truly a wonderful present, this pack worked out great value especially as it was £30 cheaper then current price, I bought it for my little boys 1st birthday, and all my kids even my 7 year old loves playing with it, the blocks connect together beautifully there are 16 wheels enough for a number of fantasy cars.....the only downside is that the company sent it out with no exterior packaging, so my beautiful box was damaged when it arrived, so you will need a storage box to put it in, I bought a tots little truck walker wobbler to store it all in and it fits beautifully.

The blocks were not in a n organized box as shown they were all dumped in a larger box. Its ok I guess as I also ordered the case to put them in.
