Total misrepresentation of Color and quality!!
I literally never write reviews, but here we are. This shield appears to be vibrant and bright in color on the picture but it most definitely is not. I put it next to some actual red items as well as an orange basketball to show the difference. It is dull, it is not red but maroon and no bright at all. The paint lines are pretty bad as well, but thats just being nitpicky. It also had 3 or 4 smudges? For lack of a better way to describe it that we're under the paint and wouldn't come off, and we're quite noticable. After I messaged the seller to see what we could do on the off chance I just got a badly made one, that is when it got interesting. I asked if they wanted to discount it. Send a replacement or how they wanted to handle it. He offered $10 off to which I declined and asked for a replacement. He then told me I would be responsible for return shipping and he would double the cost of the next one. After that I got amazon involved and they resolved the issue for me for which I am extremely grateful. Just BEWARE when buying this as it will not be what you expect to get and they seller is horrendous at actually customer service.
