Great introduction to musical instruments.
This little maracas is really cute. My grandson (11 months) loves music, so we have "music time" every day. He gets very excited when we pull them out & this is usually the first thing he grabs.

Fun, but the design won't last
The incredibly cute design was the reason I chose these maracas over the plain (but durable) ones made by another company. I bought two (as they are sold individually) to use in my 14 m/o's Easter basket and we lucked out in getting the yellow. I can tell right away that the design will be gone within a year, but the toy seemed solid enough after being whacked about (and against each other). My wee one enjoys making the shaker noise and they are fulfilling their purpose for as long as they last. In the end, it will be a craft project to paint the design back on.

Adorable and long lasting.
Good quality, will last a long time. This was my second time purchasing this exact maraca, the last one I bought 8 years ago. Also, very cute.

Shake shake shake!
My 10 month old loves these maracas! The downside to them is the price, but baby loves to shake to her music. Durable so far, can take infant abuse.
