OMG. If I could give “terrible”, I would. The item is molded and dirty. Additionally, the straps are sewn together in a manner that does not allow anyone to wear it. The sticks that form the postal car cannot properly fit into the slots because one of the slots are sewn from the incorrect side. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Unwearable - defective?
This is unwearable. The straps cross in the front (not the back, as shown in the item image) and it crosses so high up that it pushes very uncomfortable against the neck. This is clearly an error, no size of child would find this comfortable. We're attempting an exchange, but since there's another reviewer identifying this same problem, seems like it has affected multiple items (or otherwise is a really, really dumb design), so not holding our breath.

Do not buy- straps don’t work
Like others have stated, the straps come sewn in an X that makes it unwearable without cutting them apart.

Straps are NOT as pictured
The pictures show 2 separate straps (they do not cross). The straps that are attached to the costume I received cross and are sowed together where they cross. The back of the straps are sowed to the costume, the front 2 straps have velcro. The problem is the straps seem backwards and when my child wears the costume the straps cross in front not in the back. I'm so confused and have had 2 other adults review the costume to make sure I'm not missing something and No- the straps are backwards and it has ruined the costume!!!
