The costume is exactly what my 11 wanted to wear for Halloween. He loves Godzilla, all versions of Godzilla. He usually wears a size L (10-12) in boys’. So this fit pretty good. It was a bit loose, I imagine to fit bulkier clothes or layers if the costume is worn in colder weather. The material is thin, so that helps keep it breathable. It was very easy to adjust to his size with a few safety pins. The appearance of the costume was good quality. I’d recommend using something to stiffen the spin or it kind of flops around. Overall good purchase. You can get your monies worth if it’s worn for multiple events. I think he’ll even be able to fit it again next year if he’s still a Godzilla fanatic.

Great Godzilla costume, but BYO stuffing
This is a really great looking Godzilla costume. My soon to be six-year-old son absolutely loves it. It took all the convincing in the world to him to take it off so we can keep it nice for Halloween. However, I was surprised to learn that the tail comes flat. It makes sense that the tail would be empty/flat in order to reduce the necessary packaging and keep down costs. But it hadn’t occurred to me because in all of the photos the tail is full and round, so I feel it’s important to know that it does not come that way and you’ll have to stuff it yourself if you want it to look like that. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me, I didn’t even takeoff a star because I still love the costume. However, if you want the tail to look full, you’ll need to purchase stuffing separately. I just ordered a 32 ounce bag of stuffing on Amazon for about $20. I have a few other things that I want to fill and I’d rather have a little leftover than be short. I don’t stuff things every day, but based on the size of the tail, I think need at least 10 ounces but no more than 20 oz. And if you choose not to stuff the tail, I think the costume still looks great and it’s probably easier for your kid to ride on the bus and wear it to school. The only other complaint is that the opening to get into it is pretty small so if you have a heavyset kid, you might need to order a size up or even altered the costume to ensure that he or she can fit. My son‘s about 42 inches tall and 80 to 85 pounds and he got in with just a little help. But it definitely would be tough for kids with a larger stomach or chest. UPDATE: it ended up being a little tight on our son when Halloween finally came today… I was able to get him in it and close the back, but I had to pull quite a bit so I would say do not order it as early as I did… I ordered it August 30th, two months ahead of time… if you do order it two or more months more months ahead of time you might wanna think about ordering a size up. However, it still looked very good on him. It fit him snuggly. My son has very large arms and broad shoulders like me so the back didn’t want to close… So I had to pull his arm a little further through the sleeve where it was a little tight and that gave us enough room. Also, I was way off on the needed amount of stuffing. 2 to 4 ounces at most is all you need. We stuffed the tail this morning right before school and it was difficult because the end is so thin, but thankfully, my son and his tiny hands helped me push it close to the end and then I worked it almost all the way to the tip from the outside. You don’t need to stuff all the way to the tip because once you stuff within an inch of it, the tip stays open on its own… I also didn’t overstuff it so that he could sit on it in class and on the bus and we did a test run in one of our chairs at home before he left and he was able to sit on the tail very comfortably. So you can stuff it and send your child to school in it. Overall, an absolutely awesome costume. The mask and the costume look great. He looks like a big, mostly scary scaled Godzilla monster! I will 100% re-purchase if he wants to be Godzilla again next year! Too much fun!!

Good Quality
I got this Godzilla costume for my 9yr old nephew for Halloween and he loved it! Although it was more expensive I was surprised by the detail and good quality. It looks really nice and we even got compliments on it. It had some stretch to it as my nephew was running around and jumping like a maniac. He also didn’t complain about it being itchy or too hot so it must have been fairly comfortable. He didn’t wear the mask the whole evening but he also made sure he didn’t lose it which was a total win lol

Cheap and small
I would not recommend this item. Looks cheap and runs small. I can’t express enough how cheap this mask is. Had for 5 min and the seams are tearing on the costume.

El disfraz esta muy bonito, sólo que la talla XL si es para una altura aproximada de 1.50 cm en adelante, es bastante grueso y el material se siente resistente, igual como se ve en la imagen, lo único es que la máscara viene algo frágil como de un plástico parecido la lamina, muy delgado pero la imagen impresa es muy real. Aunque el precio me parece algo elevado.
