A reasonable fancy dress costume, but not great.
This looks quite good until you're up close. the jacket, shirt, belt and tie are a single piece pullover. The velcro fastening isn't very robust, and comes undone a lot. It's slightly under-sized. I'm 6' and the standard size was a little small. The hat was very small and barely fitted (my head isn't huge). The fabric is pretty much what you'd expect from a fancy dress costume - thin and synthetic. But, as a fancy dress costume, and for the price, this is ok.

Great for a school play
This is a great dressing up costume for a school play. It isn’t a real jacket, it’s a mock jacket including the fake shirt and tie at the neck. It Velcro’s on the back and is made from thin polyester (like most dressing up costumes). From a distance it looks great, which is exactly what we needed for a school play. If you are looking for a realistic uniform with a proper jacket, this isn’t for you though.

Quality is what you pay for, but the sizing of the hat is way off
Not great quality, but didn't expect this for the price. Hat is way too small (I ordered XL and it wouldn't fit my child's head).
