I got this pack of 500 Rhode Island Novelty Assorted Halloween Stickers last October (in 2018) because for the first time in my life, after years of buying candy to hand out on Halloween, this year, I decided to start changing it up a bit, and NOT hand out candy on Halloween, but to give any trick-or-treaters, non-candy/non-food alternative goodies instead, for several reasons. 1.) Last several years, there's been very few or even NO trick-or-treaters in the neighborhood, and often had a ton of candy left -- and even when I've bought organic candy, its still sugary junk that I'd usually end up eating/binging on myself, and I did NOT want to do that this year. 2.) Even when there have been trick-or-treaters and I've bought organic candy, I know it still may not be safe for those with life-threatening allergies and unfortunately, as there are SO many kids today with life-threatening allergies (thanks Big pHARMa/vaccines! ????????) and not only are there so many allergies (nuts, milk, soy, corn) but also, most candy, even organic candy, has at least one or more (especially soy and corn) of those allergens, and I no longer wanted to hand out something that might be dangerous to some kids -- or just as bad, I didn't want to hand out anything that some kids would be disappointed not to be able to enjoy. 3.) Non-edible treats will be a lot easier to either keep for future Halloweens, or to donate (can just put it out on the porch along with clothes & other donations to be picked up for charity) than perishable candy which would have to be TAKEN someplace (more difficult being unable to drive) to be donated to military troops serving overseas or whoever. 4.) Similar to reason #1, even if I buy organic, non-GMO candy, its still sugar, and I figure the kids will be getting plenty of sugary junk elsewhere and I don't want to contribute to it further, even if its organic junk. Which is why I decided to get non-edible Halloween treats for whoever does show up. As such, I got these Rhode Island Novelty Assorted Halloween Stickers , along with some mini-canisters of Play-Doh and Play Kreative Cute Emoji Emoticon Face Expressions Erasers These stickers seem to be pretty great, with a few different Halloween-theme designs. From what I can tell (or remember) there weren’t any perforations in the paper backing on the stickers, to easily tear off stickers from the rest of the roll. So, on Halloween, I kept the roll(s) of stickers and a pair of scissors on a table next to the door along with the mini-canisters of Play-Doh and Play Kreative Cute Emoji Emoticon Face Expressions Erasers and just cut off a couple of stickers from the roll for each of the handful or so kids that came trick-or-treating, and depending on their age, added a mini-canisters of Play-Doh and/or a Play Kreative Cute Emoji Emoticon Face Expressions Erasers There isn't any more to really say about this item. Most everyone knows what stickers are and how to use them, and was a nice non-food treat to hand out to the kids on Halloween. ★☆★☆★ 5 STARS!!!!
