Cheap Hardware Leaves the Cart Useless
I'm pretty handy and normally have no issues putting items together, but this one got me. One screw snapped in half and all of the bolts for the wheels fell off when it rolled down the hall. If I tighten the bolts, the wheels won't spin, but if I loosen them just a smidge, they fall off after a few rotations. Because there is no product support available, I'm now left searching for replacement nuts and bolts for the wheels that will stay on.

Cute but cheep screws!
I love it and so does my niece. However, I put furniture and such together all the time without issue and this was the worst yet. Bf and I got in a big fight trying to do it and many of the screws got stripped. One got stuck halfway in and I couldn’t get it out or in further. I hope my niece doesn’t get snagged on it! Had to use some of my own screws to make up for the stripped ones.

Emailed the issue and haven't heard back. Stars would 5 if we could actually put it together with enough screws. Please send screws...
