Beautiful wind spinner
Beautiful! Spins with the slightest breeze! Upon arrival, the blue "ball" was not attached. I had to attach it and the clip that holds it will not tighten so I wonder how long it will hold in the wind.

Attractive bauble for the backyard.
This copper spinner/chime combo from Red Carpet Studios is very nice. My wife ordered this to hang in a backyard tree, and is happy with the design. The quality of the spinner/chime is fine for an affordable and fun thing for outside use, and the size is around 21" in length.The spinner houses a glass butterfly in shades of blue, and the chimes have a pleasing tone. The strings holding the chimes will no doubt need to be replaced with fine wire in the future (because it is outside) but for now it is okay. She has purchased other spinners and balancing items made by RCS, as gifts, and the recipients love them.

Spins great but chimes poorly
I should have given physics a thought first. When the spinner spins (with the slightest breeze too), the chime tubes spin with it due to centrifugal force. Bad design. The faster it spins, the tubes fly “outward” away from the striker in the center. It’s like those rides you see in a carnival. This is a cute item but if you’re looking for a chime rather than a spin, get the traditional wind chimes instead.,

Attractive wind chime
Really liked the sound of chimes and the stained glass hummingbird. The copper adds to the looks of this. Good purchase.

No way! Its awful
Poor Quality. Metal is so thin it feels like plastic. I bought as a gift and I'm to embarrased to even give it away! Ive seen better quality at the dollar store. Scratch marks on it and just over all cheap, flimsy and ugly . Not to mention the "humming Bird" looks like a jacked up Male Private ! They have conveniently covered the base of the humming bird in the photos. Save yourself a trip to return it... And dont buy it. Not worth the box it came in.

Wind spinner surrounding butterfly does not spin freely...
Hanging it outside and it needs a little bit of a gust to starting chiming. I bought this particular one because it was able to spin at the top section (around the butterfly), but unfortunately it doesn't free spin at all with any kind of breeze. It requires the user to spin it manually or to adjust it to face the street (as needed). I wanted the effect of those hanging glass balls surrounded by the wire tornado which is constantly spinning with a slight breeze. If you want that effect- this won't do it for you unless you modify it with a new freer spinning pivot joint. Too much trouble for me now, but otherwise a good quality copper wind chime.
