As always Ravensburger Puzzles are top notch*****!!
Absolutely loved it! Beautiful Venice picture, yes, the picture was misaligned a bit but it made it the more interesting because of it. I only buy Ravensburger Puzzles, I had never problems with it. The picture quality is outstanding so are the puzzle pieces!

Wrong puzzle in box
The wrong puzzle was in the box. The box and puzzle pieces were still factory sealed so the mistake was made in manufacturing. This doesn’t seem like something that would happen with only one box on the manufacturing line. I usually love this brand of puzzle. Very high quality pieces, so I was surprised by this mistake.

Picture misaligned.
The picture on the box is misaligned which leaves part of the left side missing. I am a puzzler who always starts with the frame first so I found this annoying. Otherwise this was good quality and I appreciate the larger format. At this price I expect better quality control.

Best customer service ever and an excellent product
I always try to buy Ravensburger puzzles, and I have purchased many. This is the first time I ever encountered a missing piece in the finished product. I messaged the sender about the missing piece, and immediately got a full refund. I didn't even ask for a refund, just and FYI message. How amazing for a company to be so responsive! I might add that this puzzle is beautiful, challenging, and rewarding when you finish it. My suggestion is this. A.B.R! (ALWAYS BUY RAVENSBURGER)

Just right
This puzzle with large pieces was fun, yet challenging for my elderly mother to put together. The colors and large pieces make it easy for her to see and pick up the piece she wants. Great for older folks

Misaligned puzzle vs box picture
Unhappy with this Ravenswood Puzzle-the jigsaw puzzle picture does not match with the cover art-it is misaligned by an inch or so, making it very difficult to complete. And Ravenswood never seems to enclose a large format picture of the puzzle; instead you have to rely on the box pictures which are tiny and always partially covered. Very annoying for an expensive jig saw puzzle set.

Wir sind neu im der Puzzle Szene waren bisher sehr zufrieden. Leider können wir das bei diesem Puzzle nicht sagen. Auf dem Bild der Verpackung ist nicht das ganze Puzzle abgebildet. Es fehlt die äußerste Reihe. Nach langem probieren haben wir dann im Internet das vollständige Puzzle-Bild gefunden. Es ist auch kein Bild beigefügt, auf dem das ganze Puzzle abgebildet ist - bei anderen Herstellern geht das. Bei einem Premium-Puzzle sollte auch wirklich alles Premium sein. Schade !!!

Cropped photo
Do doubting the quality of the jigsaw which I bought for my elderly father. However the photo on the box was cropped so that the jigsaw does were not visible. A pity.
