Challenging
It’s a beautiful puzzle but rather difficult. The pieces don’t have a tight fit or “click” but you can usually tell if it the right piece as the sides of adjacent pieces are exactly the same size. Many puzzles you can pick up a group of a few of them together and move around. These won’t hold on to each other if you try to move them. The lack of tight fit is the only thing that drops it to four stars. Probably the most challenging puzzle I’ve done so far. Great value as I believe I got it on sale.

This company and their puzzles are incomplete and nobody cares to make it right.
Zero, I mean ZERO way to contact this seller. Now that I'm finally almost done with this puzzle, I realize the reason is taken so long is because they've given me wrong pieces. No it's not a mistake. The tree is finished with only 2 pieces that absolutely do not fit. There is no mistakes. You can clearly see that there is no mistakes and the 2 pieces tried all ways don't fit in this puzzle. Since it's outside of the return window I have zero options to contact the seller. Amazon keeps saying to go to my orders and click problem with order, and I can tell you you can't do that. Once the return window is closed you can't even get any options. So now I've paid for this useless puzzle that I can't do anything with. Terrible company, terrible product. I already hated the quality of this puzzle before this even happened. The cut was awful. The pieces are so loose they don't even hold together. I could not be more frustrated to waste such an amount of time on a puzzle I'm basically having to throw away. It's useless not complete, who hangs out keeps a puzzle that can't be finished. You but several puzzles, and by the time you could even realize there is an issue, the "return window" is closed and there's nothing you can do. The company gives you no options to go to the store and email them. Unless they respond and care to make this right, and I will provide the pictures of the puzzle so they can see the is no mistakes and these pieces are wrong for this puzzle, I would avoid a company who can't provide a whole puzzle and can't be bothered with their own mistakes. And once again, Amazon is just terrible. The customer service for one of the largest companies in the world is the worst of all the companies in the world. Nobody here cares if you get ripped off and they show it by constantly taking away our abilities to even contact sellers. Such bs.
