I think the description should state 1st birthday hat for the actual day of birth! Absolutely tiny, I laughed my head off when I opened it! And for over £8! Shocking! I’ll save it for my chihuahuas birthday although I think it may be too small for her too

Looks cute but the elastic to attach is very flimsy. We didn't use.
