I ordered this book for my husband. He is really getting into woodworking but didn't really have much knowledge about the different types of wood, where certain wood came from and knew nothing about wood hardness. Since I gave him this poster, he is always studying it to try to learn more. He uses it when selecting the types of wood he will use in his next project. He has learned so much about the types of wood that are easy to work with and the types that aren't. He especially likes the photos of the different species and the information for each one. Anybody involved with different types of wood would be very happy having this. My husband has this hanging on a wall in his woodshop, sorry for the glare and bad photos. He just loves it, he even bought the book that goes with it, "WOOD, Identifying and Using Hundreds of Woods Worldwide" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FGP9964?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0

Perfect gift for the Woodworker
While this may seem pricey for a "poster"...but it is beautifully made, on decent paper and if you are a woodworker you will find wood species you never knew existed. Looks great framed in my partners shop

Lots of information
Actually, too much information for the space. Difficult to read.
