Can be used on fabric

I sew and quilt and a friend said you could use these on fabric and iron the ink away. I thought she was joking . But it is true. Works amazing and so much cheaper than using quilting pens. I love them on fabric and on paper they right so smooth. Will buy these again and again.

Best frixion pen I’ve ever used!

One of the best, if not the very best frixion pen I’ve used (and over 60 years of sewing I’ve used a LOT of frixion pens). Writes in every fabric encountered thus far. No bleeding, skipping, etc. Requires little pressure making it suitable for delicate fabrics and disappears cleanly with no ghosting. I’ve been very frustrated at the quality of frixion pens for a long time particularly for problems Pilot seems to have avoided. The thing that really stands out is the quality of the casing/housing (whatever the actual body of the pen is called). Rather than some cheap/brittle plastic, Pilot has made a nicely balanced and weighted housing that feels good in the hand and doesn’t break (my pet peeve with most frixion pens). Not sure how long the ink will last as I’ve only had these a short time; but, I use these a lot and so far so good. Would be nice to have a choice of a multipack with a variety of colours for both ink and housing as black ink can’t be used on all fabrics and black pens seem to hide themselves easily in my studio- I seem to be always searching for my pens as I tend to leave them wherever I’ve used them last. Bottom line is I need to buy more.

Perfect for embroidery — marks clean, disappears with heat!

These pens are a game changer for embroidery and other fabric crafts. The ink goes on smoothly without bleeding, and the fine tip makes it easy to trace even the most detailed patterns. The best part? A quick pass with a warm iron and the marks vanish completely — no residue, no damage to the fabric. I’ve used them on a variety of fabrics with great success. Highly recommend for anyone doing hand embroidery, quilting, or other textile projects!
