Good cheap
This is the second one of these I’ve bought. It’s a nice quality for the price so good value for money. It helps me prioritise tasks for the day. The cover is quite pretty, it’s clear and well set out so easy to use. I do tend to use 2 pages a day - one for notes and one to plan, so perhaps there could be more space for notes? All in all I would recommend it.

Bought as a present for my daughter and she loves it. Compact size, neatly laid out pages with conversion tables and tab stickers.

Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. This is a good quality and well produced book, it looks nice and it is very clear. It explains well, how to use the book. It is a great exercise to help with self awareness and to track patterns. It creates a opportunity to clear away the clutter in your mind and to discover why things are challenging. It would work well alongside or before therapy to help you set goals and know yourself better. My favourite part was having a focus for the day with three priorities, I also liked the idea of assigning rewards for when I complete these three tasks. Or the extra tasks on the to do list. The brain dump area was also really useful. And the self cares, reminds you to factor these in . The daily schedule was mixed for me, apart from the reminder to factor in travel time and to realise that my goals of what I can achieve in a set time frame are unrealistic, I didn't use it daily. The book is a good size and the layout is uncluttered.
