These are so cute! I am a huge Godzilla fan, and as a fan of both Godzilla, and cute plushes, I was pretty underwhelmed by the Godzilla designs that Squishmallows made, I got the Mothra because it was the only one I kinda liked, and well, it's Mothra! But I am very happy that another company has gotten to take another crack at plushes of this type. I randomly came across these here on Amazon one day and so of course I had to get these to add to my growing Godzilla plush collection. I got Mothra, MechaG, and Rodan, Godzilla wasn't on sale like the others, so he's on my list to buy in the new year. And these are amazing! They're very high quality, definitely on par with Squishmallows, or perhaps even better as I think the printed material on these is softer than the printed material on Squishmallows. They're perfectly plump, well designed with lovely details, the embroidery quality is pretty good, and they are so easy to flip inside out! Again comparing to Squish, but the Squishmallows you flip inside out are very difficult to switch, making them not ideal, I never felt like I wanted to get any of those because of that. But these are great, they're so easy to switch, its almost instant and very fun. And because of the switching aspect, it's almost like getting 2 plushes in one. I love that one side is a cute happy expression, and the other is a angry or fight ready kind of expression, it's very fitting for the Godzilla franchise. And can we talk about the sheer genius that the Mothra switches between her larva form for the happy side, and her imago form is the angry side. Chef's kiss! Personally I think I'm going to keep them flipped to the happy/cute sides as they add a little bit of cute balance to my collection, and also I didn't have a Mothra larva plush yet. Overall I love these, they are amazing additions to my collection, and I would love for them to make a second set with more monsters! Can you imagine a Gigan with his original design for the cute, and then his Final Wars redesign for the angry side?
