???? Nice. 150 no-bleed pages to keep track of my most recent project, and 3 tabbed dividers to make 5 organised sections. The spiral binding is robust, the covers are thick card and will stand a lot of chaotic knocking about just like my projects ???? What I equally like is that the entire paper content is made from recycled paper, and the printing ink used is vegetable- based. So, all of it is greenly recyclable when I'm done with it. And it's a good price for a notebook. This project book doesn't just hold my notes, plans and reminders. It also holds planet health and support of all its ecosystems. Nu: supports The Heart of England Forest, so my purchase will help to plant trees and start new native woodlands in the UK. That's fantastic because more trees in England means that the 1 trillion more trees that the planet can support and has room for, will help with climate stability, oxygen production, carbon dioxide absorption, and provide food and habitat for wildlife. It also means more places to visit among trees for all the health benefits that being in natural environments provide; just don't bother the wildlife or the Mercenary Squirrel Regiments will be on you like greasy fingerprint smudges on a fiver in change from the Fish and Chip Shop. That's a lot for a notebook to hold and a great reason to recommend it.

Cheap and sustainable
Love these books. All made from recycled materials and natural inks. Really good value for money. I wont use any other brand for my notebooks.

Nice notebook. Shame about the line of glue down the front cover ????
