I Love These! Incredible Value!
I use these in conjunction with a pair of Godhand PN-125 double blade nippers (which are incredible double sided nippers by the way and also a tremendous value). I have yet to purchase a Mr. Hobby product that I have not been absolutely in love with. This brand is top of the line and has not let me down. New to the hobby, I initially only used the Godhand spn-125 double blade nippers but after about 6 months of experience I have come to understand the value of the single-blade nipper concept. I was shopping and all the other brands were more expensive, the Godhands have rave reviews but cost more than double the cost of these and I didn't want to spend $60 on a single tool. I didn't find too much info on these but trust the Mr. Hobby brand so for about $26 I figured it's a good bet and I was right. These cut through plastic like butter, very precise and no stress marks AT ALL when done properly. They are an incredible value. I have not tried more expensive brands of single bladed nippers but after using these have absolutely no need or desire to because these do the job flawlessly. Even if the Godhands or Dspiae brand are better, the amount they are better wouldn't justify the cost for me because these work so good that any improvement from this is pure luxury and not necessary. These are excellent and I have not been disappointed. One important thing I've discovered about single-blade nippers however (this applies to all of them) is that there are many times you will not be able to make a flush cut because you can't get them into the are in the orientation necessary to do that (due to being limited to one orientation because of the single blade). So I am glad I have my double bladed Godhand spn-125 they can get in there after I've cut as flush as possible with these mt-106 and fi ish the flush cut. Long story short these 2 pairs of nippers work really well together and I suggest you have both types, it's a MUCH better investment to have these 2 pairs of complementary nippers than to have 1 very expensive pair of single bladed nippers. You can buy both the nippers I have for less than the price of 1 pair of Godhand spn-120. Hope this helps

バツグンな切れ味
初めての片刃ニッパーですが切れ味の良さにビックリ。パーツの切り取りにのみ使用しています。片刃なので刃の当てる面・角度を慎重に操作してやると、まったくと言って良いほどきれいに切れ、補修の必要がいりません。切口の白化は爪先で軽く擦ると目立たなくなります。

I bought these because I wanted to test them out before I got a set of Godhands as a gift in a couple of weeks. (If these were good, I was going to cancel the request for Godhands) As luck would have it, Amazon delivered these the day after my 5 year old son anxiously presented the Godhand SPN-120s early. These don't have the fit and finish that the Godhands do but for just a tiny bit over half the price - they are close enough. A sheath would have been nice but my Tamiya nippers don't have a cover and they do OK. I'm just starting an MG Sazabi Ver.Ka and the results I get from Gunprimer Gate Remover set are great but time consuming. I was hoping to shortcut that process. As usual with GSI Creos, these single blade nippers perform way better than their price suggests. Speaking honestly, the Godhands yield slight better results but definitely not twice-the-price better. You really have to squint to see the difference. I would guess that the Godhands will hold their edge better - but that comes at a price - they are delicate and are known to break when used improperly. Long story made short, I'll keep the Godhands but I'm going to be using these GSI Creos nippers heavily and keep the Godhands for "special" cuts. The GSI Creos single edge nippers are an excellent buy. I would recommend these over the Godhand SPN-120 for a first time single blade nipper purchase.

初心者って、何を買って良いのか迷いがち。 ニッパー一つでも、刃の形式から価格まで迷いたくなくても、迷うほど揃ってます。 そんな中で、この商品は、値段も手頃だし、評価も良いです。 実際に私も使ってみましたが、評価どおりの良品でした。 但し、管理が悪いと錆が浮いて来ます。 そんな訳で、期待を込めて・・・☆4つです

片刃をコスパ良く使いたい。
G社や各社色んな所から発売されている片刃ニッパー。 クレオスMT106片刃ニッパーは、価格を抑えていますが切れ味もよくコスパ良いと思います。 切れ味が落ちても、また買い直す事出来ますし買いやすい金額です。 G社のアルティメットニッパーは、良く切れますが値段がね。 そういった事も加味すると、クレオスの片刃ニッパーは使い安い商品です。 プラモデル初心者にオススメの一本です。 切れ味が良いので艦船模型のマストの切り出しや鉄道模型のカプラーや信号煙管のゲートからの切り出しに重宝します。 片刃ニッパーの性質上、硬いものや、厚めのプラ板などを切る際は注意がいり、刃こぼれが発生します。 メンテナンスキットも販売されていますので、キチンとメンテナンスしてやれば2年位は使えます。
