Very smooth ride
Very durable and smooth ride with double shock absorption on front and back wheels. The hinge that enables it to fold it - you must make sure the bar is tightened before riding otherwise it will fold. I know this would seem obvious but in other models I've ridden you just unfold and they lock into place. So that's the only problem which is not a problem if you remember to tighten it. The brake works very well. Easy to assemble, the instructions are informative but extremely small print so get a magnifying glass, and extra time. I got to two scooters so that me and a friend could ride together. one of them seems to have some wear and tear compared to the other, it's totally working fine but appears to have been used, this is an issue I've had with Amazon before, If it was used it should listed as such, I think, but it's really not a big deal because overall they both work fine. The only reason I almost didn't get these was because of the bright blue wheels, I'm an adult and I don't want to look like a complete dork! After getting it and riding it it's so smooth really well designed so I don't care. In a perfect world the makers of this product would make a more muted back or grey wheeled color scheme for adults who want to blend in and not be flashy!

UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer directly and they had me take pics of the broken scooter and are sending a new scooter to replace this one. Thank you customer service for doing what is right! I tried to find a "message the seller" spot, but I can't. I want to love this scooter but the front wheel broke after only 2 months! I want to love this scooter, as my son had so much fun with it since he got it in May. It was so much fun we decided to get one for my daughter for her birthday today. I'm worried that we did, because a few days before we got my daughters, my son's front wheel stopped turning when you stand on it! it won't move forward. The bearings seem to have gone out or something. I hope this is a fluke and my daughters will be fine. But now my son doesn't even have a scooter to ride. :( I hope the seller can contact me and see if we can remedy this, then I can re-assess the review. If my daughters does this too, I'll be very upset! Seller, if you see this review, please contact me asap with a solution.

Great scooter!!
This is a great kick scooter. It's nice to have one that is actually tall enough for me. I'm 5'8". The only thing I had an issue with was that it came missing the 2nd screw that goes in the handlebar clamp (see photo). It doesn't affect the usability or ride of the scooter though.

Pure Junk - DANGEROUS
Lasted all of 2-3 months. Didn't get a defective one either as I purchased 2 for my children. 1 unit had the rear brake lock up and wheel hub/bearing break/fail. The other had the handlebar stem pull right ouf the the scooter - WHILE my daughter was riding it. The quality seemed decent out of the box - but they fall apart quickly. I tried to contact for warranty/replacement - good luck finding any info on the manufacture. This is by design cause they know this is going to fall apart/have issues. What i did find is Viro rides is a brand sold under TM & MGA Entertainment.. There is no way to submit a warranty claim via their site and thy only link to the 90 day warranty clause they have (90 -days... really??). I have sent a email via their site - only to get no response. Please - do yourself a favor and stay away from this. Your child could seriously get hurt - they should NOT be able to sell this product.

Great for My Daily Commute
I recently got rid of my car because I can ride the train to work, and the rest of the way I use this scooter. I've had it for two months now and it has been great. It's lightweight enough that I can easily pick it up to go up and down a staircase. It's slim enough to go into the same row with me when I sit on the trolley, and can easily fold if I need it to. To be fair, I'm going into the office a couple of days a week so I am not using it every day. I don't know how it would handle that kind of commute, but for me, this has been a spectacular purchase. It's cost effective, and as a 5'2" woman, I have fun riding it to work. It's sturdier than I expected, and I haven't had any issue with it.

came assembled but missaligned
I spent half an hour adjusting the wheel and handlebar to align correctly, then I had to tighten MANY of the screws, because they were VERY loose. Also, the platform came scratched up. Other than that, the scooter rides well. I just wish the suspension was a bit stronger so I wouldn't ride so close to the floor.

I love this scooter
As an adult I don't run scooter at all for my spare time - I purchased this one as it seems I need one to ride together with my kid - which will be more convenient when riding a big bike with him. This scooter I believe worth the money! And it's steady with the stand, wheels are big enough to reduce bumps and best of all it has a hand break! Definitely recommend to buy for adults!
