Great nib
I love the nib. At first I had trouble with ink flow sometime too much and sometimes way too dry. I had to take the nib assembly appart and washed it. After this the nib works as it should. It tooke me a little while to adjust the nib back properly. Other than that I love the way the nib writes and how soft the nib feels. I can only give it a 4 star because it did not work correctly when I received it and it took some cleaning and adjusting to make it work.

I am fan, even if the flex isn't substantial.
Awesome fine sized nib. It's not very flexy, but it's pretty soft. I bought it knowing the lack of flex. If you are looking for flex, look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a fine nib with a lot of softness and springiness, this is a great choice for the price and will match any pen that has rose gold colored trimming and has a number 6 size nib. If you have a pen that used a different nib unit style, but has a number 6 sized nib, you can swap the nib into the other nib unit with it's respected feed.

Not what you'd expect...
The name has you conjur up visions of gorgeous line variations, but perhaps the manufacturer would have sold less of these with a different name. It looks nice, writes smooth, tried with a really wet and a more dry ink; you'll get fine to medium-fine lines depending on your ink and writing position, but in any case, the flexibility requires enough pressure to interrupt your writing flow, and the results aren't substantial enough to make it a go to nib for line variation.

Great addition to my collection
I bought this nib specifically for the Conklin All American clear demonstrator fountain pen with rose gold trim I received for my birthday. I also might use it with my Monteverde Super Mega Carbon fiber fountain with rose gold trim. While it is not created to give as much flex as a traditional pointed pen nib or the vintage flex nibs, I find it does give just enough line variation to add character to your writing.
