Amazing fun for artistic kiddos!
We had an early cold snap recently so I pulled this Christmas present from the closet and gave it to my ten year old daughter early. It entertained her and her siblings (4, 8, and 12) for hours, and it was great fun seeing what everyone chose to make. I even took part in the fun! Now there's really beautiful magnet frames on my fridge and they've all asked for more M&D scratch products. It's really hard for me to find something that all my children (4-12) will play with together- so that alone makes it worth the price. Buy it!

Great value activity for a birthday party!
I bought this set as an activity for my daughters 8th birthday party. The kids went crazy for it! They all got to take something they made home. For the price you get a lot!

Great for Family Nights
This Melissa & Doug Scratch Art party set has been so much fun for our family and little friends to create with over the last few weeks. It comes with 12 of each: keychains, photo frame magnets, bookmarks and ribbons, and stickers plus the 12 wooden scratcher sticks. It is a great idea for an art birthday party, sleepover activity, classroom activity, or just a bunch of family night activity options. My 5-year-old started getting into the scratch art and I knew she would enjoy making something that would last that wasn't just on a piece of heavy card stock paper. We have made all of the options a few times so far, and found that the pressure required for scratching the paper to unveil the colorful background was easy for our child and her friends to do without much direction. We have made keychains and lots of bookmarks - I love that the bookmarks have a little red ribbon that can be tied through the pre-punched holes so I don't have to get any additional materials to make these crafts. I have been really surprised with the quality of materials in each activity and think this would make a great addition to any party, classroom, or family night!

We make gifts to send to family
This is a super easy kit for making gifts for family, friends or just for fun. Perhaps it's just me, but almost everything is wrapped and it was hard to open. Other than that, my daughter loves to scratch and the black stuff can be easily swept or wiped into trash. It comes with everything you need to make stickers, Keychains, bookmarks and more. I even had enough to take to a playdate and have other kKeychain, Highly recommend to keep a 2 year old busy for a bit and somewhat clean!

Hours of Fun!!
Excellent Presentation for Gifting!!! Love the briefcase look of the packaging with a handle to carry and opens up with two separate sides with all the supplies you need to make 48 separate pieces of art!!! Awesome price for an Exceptional quality gift for any kid between 4 and 12!! Also allows for 48 other small gifts to be given by the receiver of this gift, I just love the look and quality and will be getting several of these for all the young ones in our extended family tree this coming Christmas 2021 when hopefully we can all be safely with our loved ones!! TYVM!!

Too much fun!
First, a great set. Solid materials, with lots of variety, comes in a reusable storage case. I broke this out over the weekend. My grandkids were staying with us while mom and day went out of town. We used this set to make gifts for their parents and cousins. Major fun. The set is easy enough for a 3-year-old to use. It's magical seeing their faces as they reveal colors and shapes. There is no way to mess this project up. Speaking of mess, just a little black residue to wipe up, easy peasy. Key chains, bookmarks, photo frames we made it all. Love the ribbons for the bookmarks. Turn off the phones, tablets, tv and have some fun together. Highly recommend this set.

Great for kids to make gifts!
I was expecting there to be big sheets of scratch paper that could then be made into various objects, but the scratch paper is all pre-cut and ready to fashion into key chains, photo frames, etc! Plus some are already stickers, so that's awesome. What a fun activity for kids to make into gifts for each other, or for their family members. It even includes little paperboard styluses for scratching out your design without messing up your fingernails or coins or other random things we used to use for scratch art when I was little. And all in this nice case! Scratch art is pretty fun but as usual, Melissa & Doug take it up a notch! This is going to be a fun little art party, resulting in inexpensive, handmade gifts for everybody!

Creative and Organized Projects
Organized craft set with convenient case. There are lots of scratchers in case you have a lot of people crafting at once. You can make bookmarks with red ribbon, magnets, stickers and keychains. The colors are pretty and random, some stickers were all shades of blues and some bookmarks were more rainbow. Great for little hands as well as teens. Overall good quality entertainment.
