Cute simple toy
This is a cute simple toy for an Ariel fan. The characters look just as they are supposed to, like the movie. The dolphins move up and down as the wheels turn when you push it. Nothing else fancy to it, no batteries needed. I got this as a gift for my 3 year old, and I think that's a great age for this toy. Anywhere from 1-5 years old.

Great To Put On Display!
The Mattel Disney Princess Ariel Mermaid Figurine is great to gift to Disney fans, fans of Ariel, adults, or children alike! I ordered the figurine to put on display in my home office. I'm a redhead and like to collect figurines and action figures of redheaded superheroes and cartoon characters. Even though it's plastic, the figurine is detailed and looks great. Adding Sebastian to sit by her side is also a nice feature! The wheels function well for anyone who wanted to order it for their kids! This was a great value for the price!

Lovely gift; my girls love the carriage with moving dolphins
Adorable Little Mermaid playset! I loved this movie as a little girl and it makes me so happy to see how this is still popular with new toys releasing for it. My toddlers love anything with wheels, so this was an instant hit with them. The little pink whales move back and forth as the carriage moves around. Ariel is so pretty and while thin and small, her arms and head bend, which they love. She sits perfectly in the clam shell carriage. The only part I hid was Sebastian as he is unfortunately too small and a choking hazard for my youngest. The wheels on the carriage are also small and even though they don't appear as they would easily come off, it is still recommended to let smaller children play with this under supervision. I think this is the cutest set and makes such a lovely gift!

An instant hit!
An instant hit! Gave this to my daughter on Valentine's Day and it was love at first sight! She couldn't wait to play with it when she got home from school, and it made a spectacular bath toy! It's very well made, nice and colorful and true to the movie. Ariel can sit on the chariot and clips into her chair, and her sidekick Sebastian the lobster sits on a peg. He's very small (if you have really little kids, I'd toss him if you're worried about choking), he can fall off during play, so watch out. When you move the chariot forward or reverse, the wheels make the dolphins on the chariot move up & down. It's nicely made with quality soft plastic, beautiful colors, and overall a nice quality, fun play set that your kids will love if they like

Excellent gift
This set was the perfect gift for my little mermaid lover. She loved being able to play with Ariel and roll the chariot. The way the dolphin moves was such a great touch. I highly recommend this.

Geared Backwards, Doesn't Roll Well
There are three wheels. Two in the back that are plastic, and freely rotate, and one in the front that's rubber and moves the dolphins in the front. It doesn't roll very well. It's a rather big toy to begin with, but the dolphin wheel in the front doesn't let the toy keep rolling once you let go, so it's more of a dragging toy. The gearing for the dolphins is backwards! When the chariot is rolling backwards, it looks like the dolphins are swimming forwards, and when the chariot is rolling forwards, the dolphins just look weird while they gyrate backwards. Silly mix up there. My kid's (1 1/4 years and 1 1/2 years) don't really care for it as a whole. Ariel can separate from the chariot, and is a fine toy by herself, but the chariot isn't much of a hit at our house. Made in China.
