Bought for the Granddaughters school WWI project. Quite nice when it's finished but far too many bits in the box that are not used. There is no reason given for the extras and nothing in the instructions as to why you get them. The tracks are too short and the joining pins too long. She cut the joining pins off, got the track ends as close together as she could and stuck the model in artificial grass, so you can't see the gap.

No a beginner build.
Not an easy build as the scale is 1/72. I recommend if you are a beginner and ha e money to spare to try a 1/35 scale and just take your time building a 1/35 scale model be patient with your first build because there will be a lot of mistakes and in a bigger scale it is easier to cement the parts together.

This was my first model and I enjoyed it. Its small. About the size of a box of playing cards. It was extremely fun to start learning on. I did make a few mistakes while gluing things together and fixed them as well as I could. My paint job was pretty terrible. The paint I used was pretty strong so I used a chalk wash to simulate dirt and to tone it down.

Nice kit, easy to build.
This is a nice kit, not too hard to assemble. The only problem I had was that some of the parts were to fragile and no matter how much care you took, broken when being removing them from the mold. It's a nice looking model with all the parts fitting without modification. The other problem I had with the kit is true of all the tank kits with rubber tracks I've built. That is, the rubber tracks do not stay together as the directions indicate. I put two staple in each track where they join, to hold them together and then paint the staples the track color. This works very nicely.
