Mi piace molto lo stile di Mary Berry in cucina. Ricette ottime, spiegate benissimo. Questo libro e' un po' una summa del suo sapere.

A lovely way to learn new recipes
This woman, Mary Berry, is so much more than the Great British Baking Show she became famous for. Her videos and books show us a charming, easy-going, cook who has developed wonderful recipes for all kinds of meals. Full-page, gorgeous photos throughout! She stresses how easy her step-by-step recipes are to make, and I find her books to be a permanent extension of her delightful TV series/videos. The book presents, as stated, her favorites, with tips and advice to make food prep easier and foolproof. Whether a longstanding cook like me or a newcomer to the stove, Mary will help you make splendid, tasty food. It’s a treat to feel like I am in Mary’s kitchen with her!
