Great yo-yo for beginners
The leaflet provided with this yo-yo shows a selection of 6x different game modes including the usual yo-yo, a finger spinner, a spinning top, a gyroscope, a fortune teller game, and a racing game. There is also some information on how to maintain the yo-yo. There are several useful video tutorials on the internet, including one that shows you how to attach the string and others that give you guidance on how to perform various tricks. This good quality, metal yo-yo is supplied with an additional 2 x flat responsive bearings, 3 x different coloured yo-yo strings and a tool for replacing the bearings. The yo-yo and other components are all in a good quality tin for safe storage. The outer wall and inside of the yo-yo can both be spun separately giving you a lot of options to perform a variety of different tricks. The inner wheel spins for ages and is a good way to start the yo-yo by pulling the string out as you hold onto the middle part and this also enables you to perform some clever tricks with the string. You can even detach the string from the yo-yo and use it as a tightrope for the yo-yo to travel along. The yo-yo is quite noisy during use, but it is fast and works really well. I am still working on the tricks but am sure that with some perseverance, I will succeed. I think this yo-yo would be a great gift for older children and adults, and I feel that the current price of £23.99 is fair considering its good quality and clever design.

It arrives smartly packaged in a compact metal tin, making it ideal as a gift, and includes a generous bundle of extras: three coloured strings (yellow, orange and purple), two spare bearing rings, a small screwdriver for disassembly, and a short instruction leaflet. The yo-yo itself feels well made and has a smooth bearing unit that allows it to spin freely at the end of the string once you’ve mastered the technique. Its compact size (around 52 mm in diameter and 59 g with the string attached) may be smaller than some might expect, but it’s still weighty enough to feel solid in use. As it’s metal, the surface can be a little slippery to hold, though the gold-red colour looks striking and gives it a premium feel. One of its most interesting features is that the central core rotates independently of the outer rim. This means it can be spun and balanced like a gyroscope, used to race along the floor, or even incorporated into simple games thanks to the roulette-style numbers printed on both sides. Whether many users will explore all of these options is debatable, but they do add novelty and value. Although the set comes with instructions, beginners may find that they aren’t especially clear on how to attach the string for traditional yo-yo use. A quick online search solves it, but clearer guidance in the box would have been welcome. Overall, this is a well-presented, feature-rich yo-yo with plenty of accessories and good build quality. Slightly larger sizing and clearer instructions would have made it perfect, but it remains a fun and impressive gift for both newcomers and experienced players.

Interesting concept but I have mixed feelings about fidget part
Impossibile caricare il contenuto multimediale. I’ve been using different yo-yo and was different but that was about 10-15 years ago. It’s fun, and when you learn different tricks you can amaze others. I even found some of my other yo-yo a while ago and gave one to my son. This one is something like a yo-yo and fidget spinner combined. Honestly, I still have mixed feelings. On one side it’s nice as it has bearings, so when you spin you can get into a rotation when the yo-yo spins and you hold it, pull, and it comes back, which makes quite an interesting effect. On the other side, it’s a fidget spinner, metal build, and because of that sometimes loud. You can spin it on a desk if you’d like to play with it that way. I’m not sure if that fidget spinner side is needed, unless you can get to use that and create better tricks. For sure it is durable as construction feels solid and should last, but even my old plastic one still works fine and I’ve been using it like crazy. I haven’t been doing tricks for ages, so I need more practice, and I find it better for beginners with some basic tricks. It’s good and definitely an interesting concept, but everything comes down to what you prefer. The combination of yo-yo and fidget spinner might appeal to some people more than others. Best to try it and then decide if that adds value for you or if you’d prefer a traditional yo-yo. For me, the yo-yo functionality is the main draw, with the spinner aspect being a bonus feature I rarely use and find kids have more fun with that part.
