Cute hats but a struggle to assemble. Had to add a bit of tape to hold in place and the elastic is a little short. But when made they are very cute and really added a lot of fun to the party. Just give yourself time to make them up.

TINY hats! - arrive flat and need to be assembled
They were ok - They arrive as flat card and you need to roll them/assemble. They are really tiny though. My own fault for not looking at the dimensions. The did look cute when placed on the party plates though
