Worth the purchase

Cute but annoying.
It would be a five star review if the little pieces actually fit in the holes for them but they are all cut in just a way that just isn't quite right. They're constantly falling out.

Cute but no good storage
This is a super cute interactive book that I ordered for my toddlers to read/play together with me. I do appreciate how lovely the pieces are but there are many pieces and there isn't a good way to store them. The slots that the pieces are meant to fit into the pieces easily slip out of, after you pop them out the first initial time. So be prepared for that. Would not recommend this for anyone who has children who are more susceptible to choking hazards.

It’s decent
The media could not be loaded. This has provided my 3.5 year old with a few hours of fun, but she quickly got over it. I’d say this product is good for around here age, not for babies or kids over 5ish. Babies would likely chew on the small pieces and older kids would get bored of it. My daughter enjoyed making waffles for the family on Christmas Day. And there were plenty of “toppings” to offer us as well. In addition to places to put all of the pieces in the book. I imagine the small pieces will get misplaced fairly quickly with the way things go in this house. But it’s cute for what it’s worth.

Great value!
This is an interactive toy in a book format. It's a toy/book combo. There are different pages with cut outs that hold the waffles and tell a story. The waffle maker and toppings are super cute and the cost for this item is very reasonable for the quality of the product. It is a sturdy base with sturdy pieces. It is fun for kids to pretend. It is good for a few minutes of play and nice to have in the rotation of things to engage my grandchildren. Great item to stimulate imagination.

Interactive Fun
My kids really enjoy playing and experimenting with this book. The components are all eye-catchingly colorful and the realistic waffle maker is very unique. The only downside is that the toppings don't easily fit back in their respective slots, so they are prone to falling out. I wish the manufacturer had used velcro to keep them in place.
