Fun Rainy Day Activity
This is great! It is a fun little activity for a rainy day. This was for a 3 year old who loves dinosaurs. We did have to help put it together, but the instructions were good and it held up to 3 year old hands popping the peices out while roaring. It isn't huge, but it isnt tiny either. We found it was the perfect size for the bedside table.

Nice Puzzle-Like Toy For the Kids
6 and up is a little conservative. If it wasn't so stiff, I think a 4-5 year old could do it. Because it's that simple. I think there was like a dozen pieces? Anyway, my 7 year old grandson only took about 30 minutes to put it together, mostly because I had him sand the slots to make them slightly bigger so it slid together easier. I have to admit that he was very excited when he completed it and showed it off to everyone. Also, it kept him off those dang screens for a while...! 1 star off because i think its just a thin piece of plywood laser cut and should be priced accordingly. (I'm old so almost everything seems super expensive but this one actually is, based on a sheet of 1/8" thick 4' X 8' plywood sells for $22 and you could probably get 30 dinosaur puzzles out of it.)

Fun Dinosaur Craft
I got the T-Rex kit for my 9-year-old nephew as an after-school activity since he loves dinosaurs. It was a simple yet engaging craft that we had a great time building together. While a few parts were a little tricky, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The T-Rex holds together well with its design, but we used a bit of glue just to be safe.

A Monster for your Monsters... [FOUR STARS]
A rainy day can turn a little kid into a monster--nowhere to burn off their excess energy while couped-up in the house with you. You need an “arts and crafts” project keep him/her occupied for a few minutes? You might consider this “Jurassic Dinosaur 3D Wooden Kit-Set” from the the Little and Wood store. The product is shipped in an envelope and contains a sheet of what appears to be a thin Masonite/mdf, from which pieces have been die cut. Assembly is a process of extracting the cut pieces from the sheet and joining them with slots cut into mating edges (no glue needed, though a drop of “Elmers” can strengthen the assembled toy). The cuts in the sheet are clean, and assembly is not rocket science. An older kid can easily do this; a toddler may require a little help. The end result is a nice 3-dimensional dinosaur that can then become a plaything in its own right. All that said, twenty-seven bucks is a fair bit of coin for what you get. By comparison, you could spend the same money on flour, salt, and some food-coloring and make 20 pounds of homemade Playdoh—enough for an entire classroom. Therein lies my biggest critique. At a five-buck price-point, this would easily be a five-star product. At nearly 30 bucks however, (and speaking purely in terms of cost-to-benefit and not about any intrinsic fault in the product) three-four stars really seems a more appropriate rating.

Cute but difficult assembly
I got this for my 5yr old son, and while it states ages 6 and up, I myself struggled to assemble it. Assembly is essentially straightforward, but the pieces fit extremely tightly together. My 5 yr old couldn't get the pieces to go together and I was afraid I would break them during assembly. The pieces are quite durable though and with some patience and light force, I persevered. It looks cool and actually stands upright, which is surprising considering a lot of toys like this tend to fall over. Manufacturing is very tight and clean on this one.

So Cute So Fun!
So freaking cute and so much fun! This was for an adult child so the fragility of the pieces wasn’t an issue like it would with an impatient 12 year old.

Such a neat puzzle/toy!
Very neat puzzle that can be (gently) played with after assembly, or disassembled and dp it again later. The age rating is probably appropriate, but my almost 3 year old loved to "help" me put this together, and proceeded to carry it around, and insisted I make it a home up high on his shelf to display it. Would recommend a parent/older sibling to help take out the parts as can be a little tough/sharp to break out for small fingers. Highly recommend this for your adventurous minds of all ages :) will be buying more later!
