Super fun Lego set!
Bought it here cheaper than at the stores. It was still high quality with everything in it. Super fun for our 6 year old.

Great Birthday Gift for My Nephew
I bought this as a birthday gift for my nephew and he absolutely loved it. He is a big Super Mario fan, so getting Donkey Kong and Cranky Kong figures made it extra fun. The set was easy for him to build and kept him entertained for hours. It’s a great addition to his LEGO Super Mario collection and made the perfect gift for an 6 to 10 year old.

Fun Lego set but no hard copy instruction book
My nine-year-old had a blast assembling this Lego set and needed no adult assistance for the few hours it took (yay)! The two characters are cute, and the set has lots of space for other characters to be part of the imaginative play. The only "downside" was that this set did not come with a hard copy of the instruction manual like usual. Instead, there's a code you scan to get an online version, which allows you to pivot and rotate each graphic. My child loved this feature, but since I'm "old," it would have been a bit more challenging for me. Overall, a great set for the price!

Can’t go wrong
My son loves every Lego set. I don’t think I would be able to give one less than five stars. We were missing pieces on this one, Lego as always replace them right away.

Get your brick on like Donkey Kong!
Absolutely fantastic set! Fun building experience that takes you right to a Donkey Kong Country like world. Building DK himself is a real treat, as that build is very unique. Cranky Kong is very nice as well, and is great to have included here. Some complain they want the Mario sets in regular Minifig style, but I prefer DK and Cranky like this more than I would in regular Minifig forms. This whole set is just wonderful and is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. I highly recommend this set.

The subject matter of the build that will suit our grandson’s interest.
Our grandson is 8 and LOOOOOVES anything Lego. He finds the directions very easy to follow; great fun to complete, and the exact size he was expecting it to me. Lego is waaaaaay too expensive. So, we always hold these purchases for special occasions ~ Christmas or Birthday.

Great set aesthetically, but no printed instructions
While the set it good aesthetically, it has the below negative aspects: 1 - Written instructions are not included. You must install and use Lego Super Mario app to access instructions and follow them on screen. The environment-savers win in this aspect, but it ultimately removes some enjoyment and ease for the builder, and it could delay building it until screen access is available. 2 - Beware that a child may be disappointed if you do not also have/purchase the Starter Set, as this is an expansion kit. I thought the set was adequate on its own, as it is quite good and large, but boy was I wrong about that.

Mi nieto se divirtió muchísimo con la construcción de este juego, su colorido es radiante e impecable y las piezas ensamblan perfectamente. Una compra excelente que le permitió desarrollar su ingenio, identificación de piezas y seguimiento de instrucciones, además la creatividad al jugar y reacomodar piezas a su gusto. Gracias por ello ????
