Interesting Design for Learning to Build
I am a Senior Citizen who loves puzzles who recently started the hobby of building lego sets. I bought the Modern House Kit so that I could learn to follow the Lego instructions for building structures. Since I had never used Lego kits before, I want to gain some experience before I purchase the large lighthouse kit. I enjoyed assembling the Modern House and had no difficulty following the instructions. I also bought a light kit to go with it.

Beautiful Design With Three Great Build Options
A truly enjoyable build with a modern look and lots of play value. Each of the three builds feels unique, very detailed for a 3 in 1, and the main model looks fantastic once finished. Well-chosen pieces, great colors, and intuitive instructions. Fun for kids and everyone. One of the better 3-in-1 sets LEGO has released recently.

Clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, a rooftop patio—it’s basically a luxury Airbnb for minifigs. The best part? It’s a 3-in-1, which means just when you finish building one house, you get to knock it down guilt-free and rebuild something completely different. Like HGTV, but with more bricks and fewer budget arguments. The details are awesome—there’s a lounge chair, a stylish kitchen, and a guitar hanging on the wall like some hip minifig is about to strum Wonderwall and talk about his “creative process.” My kid loves it, but let’s be honest: I built 90% of it while he wandered off to eat snacks. Pro tip: Do not step on the roof tiles barefoot. LEGO revenge is swift and pointy.
