Le Toy Van Dolls' House - Mulberry Manor
I bought this for my daughter's 4th birthday. It arrived within two days and was extremely easy to put together. All the pieces slot into place so it is just as easy to dismantle, but is sturdy enough for children to play with. I am very impressed with the finish of the house. The sash windows open and shut, and stay shut with magnets. My daughter opens the roof herself and takes it off to make the front path. We bought 3 sets of furniture for the house (drawing room, kitchen and bedroom) and you really don't need any more, although we'll probably also get the children's bedroom. The accessories are wonderful with fantastic attention to detail, eg. the kitchen has milk bottles for the fridge and a slice of toast in the toaster; the chairs have tie-on cushions - and all made out of wood and fabric rather than plastic. The family is cute (although not currently available on Amazon; we bought it separately). They are primarily wood but are jointed so that can stand, sit, dance etc. The gift was a huge success and I expect she will be playing with it for many years.

Most beautiful dollhouse ever
The media could not be loaded. Relatively easy to put together. It took a bit to get the top to line up right, but it was my error of trying to force it. I ended up hot gluing the stairs on because I put one of the pieces on upside down and it wasn’t an easy fix, so it’s holding up fine with the glue. Kids were so happy to see it on Christmas morning. I bought little chairs and stuff from hobby lobby because the le toy van is so expensive. And I found some little people on Amazon similar to the le toy van ones with the shaggy hair etc. I looked at this dollhouse for 2-3 years and I’m so glad I ended up choosing this one. It’s perfect even for my 7 year old, who shares it with the 5 year old.

Easy to Build
Super easy to put together! Sturdy and made a great Christmas gift for 3-year old. Love that it closes up and hides everything inside. Aesthetically pleasing interior and plenty of options for rooms. I am very happy I spent a little more on this than I had originally planned.

Delivered damaged
I got this product in an Amazon box, and did not open it immediately as I planned on assembling it the weekend before my daughter’s birthday. I opened the package and immediately witnessed what I can only describe as a destroyed product. The box from Le Toy Van was completely tore up, with visible damage to all surfaces. When I looked in what’s left of the box I noted damaged windows, broken window shutters, damage to the walls of the dollhouse, scratches on all the flat surfaces of the dollhouse, and several missing pieces, notably the ladder to the attic space and the columns that assemble the front door. I reached out to the customer service department for Le Toy Van, and was told that they do not assist anyone over the phone, and I would have to submit an email in order to have any assistance. I left the email, but also felt I should leave a review on the product as well. Update: Le Toy Van refused to help in any way with replacing missing or damaged parts. They would not speak to me over the phone about the issue, and were very unhelpful through email. However, Amazon was amazing! After calling the customer service line and explaining the issue, the rep for Amazon went above and beyond to send out a completely new dollhouse and did it within two days, allowing me to make my daughter’s birthday a success. I cannot thank Amazon enough for their diligence and compassion with this issue. Long story short: if you plan on purchasing this product, be aware that the manufacturer is entirely unhelpful and will refuse to assist with any concerns you may have, but Amazon will do whatever they can to ensure you have a good experience.

Beautiful playhouse, very difficult to get the doors just right when putting together!
This playhouse is really good quality! Very pretty and just the right size for a 2-5 year old. I love how the doors close so the playhouse doesn’t have to stay near and orderly on the inside, just close the doors and it looks neat and tidy! Putting it together was slightly difficult. That’s the reason for 4 stars. You’d think with such a nice price tag it’d be made as easy as possible to put the pieces together. There were no pilot holes on the doors to place the hinge. We had to “guess” the first time and were wrong. Had to try again and again to get the door to close and open just right. Very frustrating!

Love it!!
We love this doll house! It was super easy to put together (since this mom put it together all by herself). My daughter has had it for over a year and still plays with it especially during play dates!! Well built!!

Beautiful !
I looked at many doll houses and ended up purchasing this one. It’s so adorable and seems good quality. I did have some issues with putting it together, but was able to get it together in the end.

色合いが素敵です。
組み立て式のレ・トイ・バンの木製ドールハウス。本日早速組み立て着手。説明書がわかり易いためか、きれいに完成。板は厚く想像以上に頑丈なドールハウス。階段部分は要ドライバー。かなりの大きさなので1人で組み立てるとなると少し時間が掛かるかも。1人だと辛っ。2人だと余裕。3人だと内1人には邪魔しないで向こうで遊んでてねー。と、そんなフォーメーションでしょうか。娘は完成直後から離れないほどお気に入り❤️ 娘の身長は約95cm。座って1・2・3階部分で、立って4階部分で遊ぶのにちょうどいい感じです。4階部分は屋根が開閉します。屋根裏部屋みたいで可愛い❤️家具などはトイ・レ・バンで揃えましたが、お人形は未購入。でも他の小さな人形でも代用が効くと思います。最初は娘には大きいかなと思いましたが、淡い色合いなのでリビングの床に直に置いてもインテリの邪魔にならないし、娘は遊びやすいしで満足しました❗️

Beautiful toy or collector's house
Well made and lovely to look at, with cute 'interactive' features like window shutters. The recipient, age 5, adores this. She has populated it with various small toy creatures, e.g. her Peppa Pig collection, in preference to the set of dolls-house dolls we bought, so maybe don't bother buying specific dolls? The stairs are a bit tricky and she can't put them back in place herself - they are removable, but it may be better to glue in place after assembly. Biggest drawback is that although you can open up the roof and see into the attic, to which a set of internal stairs lead, you can only open the flap by removing the chimneys. This is a design flaw in my opinion. She now has it permanently open, which does spoil the look a bit. It is not too deep front to back, so will fit against a bit of spare wall in a bedroom without sticking out into the room too far.

Espectacular casita !!
Casita ideal para niñas, esta dividida por dentro y tiene dos escaleras. Las paredes pintadas con todo detalle y el tejado es movible, sirviendo de base para el jardín. Perfecta para pedir a los pajes de los Reyes Magos.

Très jolie maison
Splendide ! Les maisons toy van sont vraiment de qualité. J'ai profité d'un prix bas sur amazon et je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat. Les couleurs sont belles et la maison est solide. Il ne reste plus qu'à compléter avec les meubles qui restent à un prix élevé tout de même ...j'aime les escaliers et l'échelle ainsi que les fenêtres qui s'ouvrent à l'américaine. Petit plus si on retire la partie arrière du toît et qu'on la retourne pour mettre parterre devant la maison ça fait un petit jardin avec une allée. 3 niveaux de jeux ma fille va s'éclater !!!
