Best Dollhouse Ever!
We bought this for our two year old after returning the ginormous Kidcraft atrocity. This house is DARLING! She loves to move the people up the stairs and play in the different rooms. I love that the roof can be set at different angles, or come off completely. This house is exactly the right size, the colors are very subtle, and it looks great in her room. It stores nicely on a night stand when she is not playing. I did quite a bit of looking before deciding on this one, I am so glad we got it. It is better than the PB Westing house (size and price) and way better quality than most that I looked at. Easy peasy to put together I assembled it with the help of my 4 yr. old in about 25 minutes). We bought the Ryan's room people to go in it, and HearthSong furniture. I don't write reviews very often, but I was really satisfied and wanted to share :)

Best Christmas Present - used with Calico Critters
Bought this dollhouse for my three yr old daughter for Christmas. She LOVED the calico critters in the store but I wasn't thrilled with the actual animal house. The calico critters houses seem really small and difficult for children to move the animals and accessories around. So I looked for a better house option - this far exceeded my expectations. The house was really easy to assemble - took my husband and I about 20 minutes. The quality is top notch - colors great, decor inside the house adorable, staircase (crucial for my daughter). I used the calico critters furniture and it fits great. The only other thing I would want for this house that isn't available would be room dividers. The downstairs and upstairs are all one space - but the staircase in the middle does divide the two. Overall we love it - my daughter plays with it constantly, my one year old even likes it and hasn't destroyed it yet!!! Also, I like the fact that the house closes and all of the dollhouse accessory chaos inside is out of view!

Great Doll House and easy to put together
Like everything about this item. Great quality, easy to put together -- I believe my granddaughter will love it and I plan to purchase another one for our home so she can have one at both her home and ours. The house items and dolls that you can purchase separately are wonderful. Would definitely recommend this product.

Beautiful but arrived damaged
I am disappointed that the only option is to send this house back (it will end up in a dumpster) or keep it at full price. I’d like to have an eco friendly option to get a partial refund and pay someone repaint it. The front wood panel is also uneven.

Le Toy Van Sophie Dollhouse
While traveling to London, we stopped at Harrods Department Store. They had a display of Le Toy Van dollhouses. We fell in love and knew we must purchase one for our granddaughter. We put it together early for Christmas to make sure there were no imperfections and everything worked. It’s perfect! I hope our granddaughter is over the moon with joy when she receives this Christmas morning. It’s a quality product.

Gorgeous. High quality.
Easy to assemble, and it is of such good quality. It's sturdy, not wobbly because it's all wood, not like other doll houses that have cardboard parts. The details are adorable, the shutters, the front door etc. We have it in the family room, my 3 year old daughter loves it, she plays with it all the time, and at the end of the day we just close it and it looks beautiful. If you order the Le Toy Van Furniture, it's just amazing the detail that they put into it! And each furniture set comes w/sooooo much. Works well with the Melissa&Doug family.

Not new, obvious return
This wasn't new. It was an obvius return as the seals were broken and it hads multiple labels on it. Was supposed to be a gift so I'm not very happy.

La plus belle maison de poupée jamais vu!!!
Je n’ai pas de mot pour exprimer ma joie en déballant pour le Noël de ma fille cette sublime maison !!!! Le bois est solide,la peinture et les finitions sont impeccables. Les couleurs sont splendides,le toit est pailletés!Quelle merveille ! Cette maison est tout simplement magnifique !!! Toutes la famille a dit un gros « whouaou »en la voyant ! Toutes les petites filles seraient sous le charme,ma fille était éblouie en ouvrant sont cadeau!L’effet attendu à plus que comblés nos espérances. Le montage n’a pas pris plus de 15min,très simple à monter. Rapport qualité /prix plus qu’intéressant ! Si vous voulez faire plaisir à votre petite princesse ,il ne faut pas hésitez!????????

Attention modèle livré différent que celui de la photo !
Le produit que j'ai reçu est bien référencé "LTV 11104 La maison de poupée de Sophie " mais il est différent sur plusieurs détails qui me paraissent important sur le rendu final. Le rose est pâle sur la photo alors qu'en vrai il est foncé. Les motifs "coeurs blancs etc...." n'existent pas sur le modèle qui m'a été livré. A la place on y trouve des fleurs bien vertes et rose foncé. Le modèle sur la photo est doux alors que celui qu'on vous livre est vif. Ce modèle peut plaire tel qu'il est mais lorsqu'on choisit un article suite à une photo descriptive claire et bien on peut être fortement déçu.
