Absolutely loved
First, the bad: Every single piece is the same standard two in, two out shape. Not the edges of course, but even they look like the standard cut, just trimmed. EXCEPT randomly two pieces near the middle. Legit thought they were from a different puzzle for a bit before I figured out where they went. The same-ness of all the pieces makes it harder to identify what piece you're looking for by shape and can feel a bit boring. Cardboard quality is decent. Little to no puzzle dust. Interlocks a little bit and you can pick up a couple of pieces together, though no large sections. Only had a couple of issues with pieces fitting together that did not belong. Still had a lot of fun. The art is gorgeous. As a big fan of mythology and folklore I was excited to see some more obscure or lesser known creatures on here that I don't see mentioned often. The illustration was unique and varied across the board making up for the sameness of the piece shapes. And even the ocean has a lot of texture and unique identifiers to keep you from every truly having to resort to brute forcing pieces once you get past the border edge. Includes a poster of the image, and on the back of the poster has a full breakdown and brief description of each creature which is a nice touch.

Beautiful puzzle
Beautiful puzzle even though the details do appear tiny in the completed picture. I enjoyed very much working on this puzzle. I’d say its level of difficulty is medium. The final result is beautiful and worthy the efforts.

Different and fun
I love all of these "World of" puzzles from Laurence King. This was one of my favorites. The design is beautiful and interesting. It was alot of fun and excellent quality. This is one I've put aside that I might do again in the future. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Art
I have done a few of the Lawrence King puzzles and have noticed that their puzzles manufactured in China are of a lower quality than their others. This is a good example- lovely design but innumerable false fits. It comes with a poster but the poster is pretty big and hard to use.

I like several of the puzzles by this company. This one is easier than some due to the border, but it’s fun to complete.

Fun, Great Quality Puzzle with Beautiful Design, Colors and Details
Loved this puzzle. I think that the reviewer who stated “All same shape. No variety. Too many false fits” was actually reviewing another puzzle because those words do not describe this puzzle in no way shape or form. As an avid puzzler, I found no false fits and am clueless how someone could have come up with that description relating to his one. The shapes weren’t even close to being all the same as they were random shapes, which I prefer. Random shapes equates to a variety of odd shapes and sizes. Great colors and tiny details. No puzzle dust. Very fun and quick for me to do. The poster was about the same size as the puzzle, which made it easier to locate where the pieces should go. The pieces were thick without any glare. My first Laurence King puzzle and look to see what else is available. Very enjoyable puzzle to do even though mythical creatures/mythology isn’t something that I have an interest in. Attracted to the colors and details.

Bad piece cuts, cool puzzle
The puzzle looked really beautiful and the mythical creatures across the map with captions were cool. I like this series of “world” puzzles. Unfortunately, the one we received had been cut really delicately with tonnes of pieces with the tiniest slivers off them and many were broken when it arrived. It just seemed like a poorly cut puzzle.

Vibrant and Educational Puzzle with Room for Improvement
I’m a fan of modern puzzles with historical or literary themes, so this 1,000-piece jigsaw featuring Greek mythological women was a great find. It’s perfect for a younger audience who may not enjoy traditional puzzle styles. Amazing Quality & Design
Absolutely stunning puzzle! The artwork is beautifully styled and the quality of the pieces is excellent—sturdy, well-cut, and satisfying to handle. It was definitely a challenge, taking me five evenings of 2–3 hour sessions to complete, but every minute was worth it. A perfect way to unwind without the TV, and it would make a thoughtful, engaging gift for any puzzle lover. Highly recommended for those who enjoy a bit of a brain workout wrapped in gorgeous design.

Beautiful and interesting as a puzzle
Looks like a very interesting story of a jigsaw puzzle for when it I get around to using it again. Haven’t put it together yet, but you can’t help admiring the appearance of the box and pieces.
