perfect gift
My nephew absolutely loved the gift. Initially I was afraid that it may be a bit too complex for him (5 yrs old) and was concerned that he may get bored trying to get it assembled but nope. The assembly is pretty easy and it didn't take him too long to finish it and begin playing with it. It helps that he loves dinosaurs and this just fuels that passion. Great toy, easy to assemble and seeing his smile light up is priceless.

This is a great way of constructing a dinosaur and learning eye / hand coordination skills.

Instructions need work
My son has been asking for this for Christmas for on the. He’s almost 5. He does Lego at the 7-12 level so I thought this would be a good thing for him with help. The instructions were aweful and it was really hard for us adults to snap some of the pieces for the skeleton together. Not super kid friendly to be honest. I grew up with the knex sets and the Ferris wheel so was excited to do this one but the instructions really just had pictures of the set throughout the stages with like 10 pieces added you kind of had to look for and piece together. If the instructions were better I’d give it a 5/5 and just buy it in another year or two for my son.

Great Fun
My nephew loves this set, good value for money for the size of set, good quality knex, great fun to play with and wasn’t impossible to assemble.
